This place is in a quiet corner on the 1st floor, near the entrance to the parking lot. I can't say that the place is much for aesthetics or ambience. The staff were nice. It was a bit of a wait for my food. However, the food was at a great price and it tasted really good. I had the 8 piece boneless wings with fries, with Korean BBQ sauce and a bottle of water. The sauce was a nice balance of smokey, sweet and tangy. Chicken nicely cooked. The fries were not too salty or anything. Good level of crispiness.

I was told 10 minutes for my sandwich. I came back after 10 minutes. He told me two more minutes left and came back again. I asked her what’s going on she she turned around and told me to relax. Mind you. I was very relaxed. I told her I wanna go home. She told me 10 minutes 20 minutes ago and I’m still waiting she was very rude and laughed. In my face. I asked for 3 sandwiches it was supposed to be food for my young kids I saw them laughing in the kitchen when they were putting ketchup in. Apparently heading up hot sauce into my kids sandwiches when I get home I had three sandwiches that nobody can eat my kids are young and don’t eat spicy food. This is unacceptable behaviour. Luckily I know the owner and I will probably give him a call. On my way home I said I’m not going to call because she’s a young girl and this is her workplace… but after I get home, and I found out the she put hot sauce in my kids sandwiches I’m definitely gonna make that call and this was the end of the day, kings plaza mall wings Saturday night. Disgusting behaviour poor customer service, definitely making that ?

Great customer services, and even better food. The food did not taste rushed, and their sweet rolls were a great addition to the overall meal. 10/10 will recommend, I will be returning soon.

I was in Kings Plaza with my wife and granddaughter getting some school clothes and we all got hungry at the same time so when we left the clothing store we saw Wingz American Grill and decided to try it I’m glad we did it was delicious and the workers were very helpful and pleasant . I tell all my friends to try it , I’ve been back many times and the results are the same good tasting food and service.

Amazing food ?
Horrible!! Wings was burnt on the outside but undone on the inside. Asked for lemon pepper wings and she lemon peppered everything. Salty as heck
