Loved! Beautiful space - had the brioche donuts and the full Winona. It was all well portioned and seasoned, would love to come back for dinner. Staff was so friendly!

We had eaten atWe had eaten at Winona’s before and really enjoyed it but when we heard there was a new chef at the helm, we were very hesitant the food would take a turn for the worse. Happy to report we were VERY wrong.Chef Dan Gonzalez is making a really tasty and surprising menu! Every dish was thought out with care and so incredibly tasty. Each new item brought a surprise and delight. The Hake with celery was stunning, the cavatelli with lamb was exceptional, the salad was a star too - flavor in every component! We also opted for a special that was a pasta with uni and citrus with some peppers and it was truly a memorable, delicious dish.In addition to the amazing food, the service was excellent too. Knowledgeable, kind and low key. They were attentive but not overbearing or pushy. We had a late guest in our party and they were so sweet about checking in with us.The space is also cute, so really this is a 10/10 experience.Highly recommend and so excited to come back to try more of Chef Dans incredible food!
Vibe and decor of this place is very on point! Great for a chill weekend brunch- Their food is great too-almost anything we tried was good. Service was very curteous. we didnt even need to reserve a spot. Will defo visit again. Its a less known GEM in BK.

My wife and I enjoy going out to dinner for one or two glasses of wine and a few snacks before having coffee and going back home for separate late night work sessions for our respective jobs. We only had oysters, bread, and dip without trying any of the main dishes but those were so delicious and perfect Winona will definitely be added to the list for future dinner dates with friends and family. Ive heard it said before but it really is true. The best restaurants are in Brooklyn not the city.

The food was pretty mid. There’s plenty of others around that are better like Winner or Cervos. The chicken was over salted. Like someone just won the salt lottery and decided to over salt the chicken. Also it gave us very smelly farts.
