Update at bottom of this review* Called world of Chantilly to make sure they can deliver on time. They said "yes just order online and select your date and it will be delivered on time." So we ordered and paid for various desserts and customized name cookies in advance and nothing was delivered on the date that we selected online. I called them on the delivery date and they assured me my order was on the way. We waited all day and it never arrived. Huge disappointment! Such a shame that world of Chantilly is not reliable because we didn't have dessert at a big milestone party for a family member. I hope to find other bakery options in the future because world of Chantilly provided very bad service. p.s. i also emailed them via the contact us link on their site and never heard back. I called for a refund and was transferred and then told the order will be cancelled and refunded. They asked if I still want the name cookies but offered no apology or future credit or anything. Evidently they do not care about customers.
Review update* On my last phone call with this company they did offer to send me some individually wrapped and customized cookies to make up for the inconvenience. I did not take them up on the offer but it was a nice gesture from them.

These people don’t know how to run a business. Their desserts are mediocre at best but we ordered from them in the past because there are so few options for pareve kosher desserts . I messaged them on instagram asking if they could do cupcakes with a print photo they said yes of course ! After chasing them for a few days and finally getting them on the phone they informed me they wouldn’t be able to complete my order. They are in business because they have no competition. So sad.

I ordered a terimisu cake for my mom's birthday. Was pretty, came on time (albeit the driver was a bit rude), amd tasted yummy! The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the cake was partially frozen when we served it. This was 3 to 4 hours after it was delivered. Still all-in-all great cake!

I ordered a cake for my son's Bar Mitzvah. I was very upset and disappointed. The cake did not match my order. Instead of a chocolate cake with French vanilla, I got a simple cake with an incomprehensible cream, and absolutely not delicious and ugly. The name was spelled incorrectly. I asked to put a kippah in the middle cake - it was not done. I ordered one cake and received another that did not correspond to the company’s advertising. The worst thing is that the cake was absolutely not tasty and those who ate this cake had stomach pain and diarrhea. The cake was size xl, and almost more than half of it we threw in the trash.
The level of production of goods corresponds to a low level
and violations of all standards of bakery made.
I have already contacted the Department of Mental Health and Gygiene, Department Food Safety, Department Store violations, Consumer Affairs,
NYC Attorney General, to check this bakery company.
I do not recommend this company, which is engaged in fraud and misleading customers with its service.

They didn’t send the right cake we asked for. They sent it too early!!! It was a very simple cake , not with the right flavor and very expensive!!! Not worth $160. Don’t waste your money!!! Very disappointing!!!

I just placed an order with them and the order was not correct. They gave me two of the same cakes, so I could not serve them both. Also, i ordered 50 of the marzipan/Merengue cupcakes. They were delivered frozen. I actually ordered 52 and received only 50. I let them defrost to test before I give as favors. They were hard as a rock..the sponge cake was so hard that most people threw them out. There were expensive. I have ordered from World of Chantilly before for my childrens Bar and bat Mitzvah, and they were terrific. I am very dissapointed and very embarrased. I havent had a moment to call them yet, but will call this week.
