I am really disappointed with this spicy hotpot! ! ! ! ! The fat beef I ordered was unpalatable at all. The meat was stringy and could not be chewed at all. It was completely made of inferior minced meat. I have never eaten such disgusting food in my life. The potatoes were a little bit... It’s not cooked yet~ I really ate a few other dishes, but looking at the garbage synthetic fat cow, I lost my appetite at all, 😂😂 I was so speechless! Please avoid lightning! ! ! ! !

My friend and I dined in and we ordered spicy pot. But their food has hair. We told the staff and they took it inside. But they bring it back out fast. They probably just take out the hair and they use the same food to heat it up and bring it back to us... We both have stomach pain and diarrhea on the second day.

I called early for pick up the food. I spent 20 minutes to walk to the restaurant. They didn’t start doing my order until I arrived and yet it was a long wait time…..In additionally, they didn’t package the food properly, how do they expect me to hold the food without a bigger bag? They put my food in a bag that fits exactly for the container but no handle for me to hold. I asked the staff for a bigger bag, they gave me a garbage bag that stinks (it smells like a really strong bug spray or cleaning spray). It feels like they used the garbage bag and they reuse it by spraying some cleaning spray. When I was about to leave the staff said, “next time you need to request you want a box when you call in.” How would I know if they have a box or how’s there packaging like? But apparently if you want a packaging that’s good to hold for the take out food, they will put it in a box (it looks like the cake box). When I called they didn’t even offer or ask do you want your food in a box or bag. And why can’t they repack my food in the box on site when I ask for a bigger bag? The staff here are rude and disrespectful and inconsiderate. It’s disgusting how they put my food in a strong smelling garbage bag and I am never coming back here again.

I ordered dry-pot cauliflower and dry-pot frog. They were almost exactly the same. They were two large plates of cauliflower. After the dishes were served, I had the nerve to inform that the two dishes were almost the same. You didn’t have a long mouth when you ordered.

I ordered clear intestines, fish fillets, and spicy doll noodles. The order also said doll noodles. I called back and the phone said, OK, I will send you a doll noodles. I said, okay, then I will return the Shandong powder to you.
It turns out that what was delivered here was just doll noodles, so at least make me a new one. After all, the store made the wrong order.

This place used to be good pre covid. Nowadays it tastes like they boiled everything and threw it on a tray to serve. No flavor and everything is all wet. More like mala wet pot instead of dry put. They need to do better.
Insanely cheap for how much food you get. My tray was $36 & it fed four people, with over half the tray left over. I ordered again today it was $56 & it’s probably going to last me and my brother this entire week
