Today we went to this restaurant to eat hot pot. After ordering once, the waiter told us that the shrimp was out of stock. I was very surprised that we had eaten shrimp twice and the waiter said it was out of stock. I was very angry because I ate it this week. I went to this buffet hotpot twice and last time they said the shrimps were out of stock. This time we were very angry. Then we told the waiter that I saw the person delivering the food and I saw the shrimps and I grabbed them and ate them. Then the waiter changed his mind again. I said, "Oh, I'm afraid you'll waste too much by ordering too much." I said, "I'm not full yet. It's such a waste." After waiting for a while, the waiter served me swimming shrimp. If you're afraid of customers eating, why open a buffet? You want to make money but don't let customers Eat. And we didn’t waste any food at all. When I left, I left a 20 yuan tip and the waiter asked me to ask the beautiful lady to look at the order. I said so. Later I found out that the waiter was dissatisfied with my small tip. Later I I shouted loudly and maybe the whole audience heard me. She disliked my small tip, so I gave it one star. Bad review.

The selection includes unlimited fresh seafood like lobster (or Mantis shrimp - need to pick one tween the two), snow crab legs, Argentinian shrimp, and clams, in addition to various specialty meats including duck blood, beef aorta, duck feet, tripe, plus your standard hotpot meats and veggies. The unlimited beverages are also a great plus. The private dining booths offer a great deal of privacy, and I appreciate the individual pots that allow you to cook everything in your own broth.
They offer AYCE sashimi as well, including salmon, octopus, and surf clam (do not sweet shrimp or sea urchin anymore), though the quality isn’t quite on par with a sushi restaurant—understandable since it’s not their specialty.

We’ve been to this place so many times, but this time it was such a disappointment. Before we even started to order, they ask my friend’s daughter to measure her height, and she’s only 5 years old. Since she’s 1.1m (over 1m) they charged her $20. How much can a 5 years old can eat at a hot pot place? The food was okay, the soup base was bad. It’s not even as good as the hotpot soup packet we got at supermarket. And when we finished and headed out to grab an ice cream, there was a note on the door saying “$2 extra for takeout”. For a super duper mini ice cream at an all you can eat place? We didn’t end up getting the ice cream. Overall, pretty unsatisfied experience . Will not consider coming back. There’s other seafood hotpot place just around the corner. We’ll definitely try that on next time.
