Rewriting this review because they responded incredibly rudely to the first one, so I’d like to clarify. I ordered the food to be delivered to me. There were no utensils, forks, chop sticks, or anything. 1 star because you’re incredibly rude.

Food is delicious and relatively quick to arrive, especially as it is assembled to order. Prices are also reasonable with a no tipping policy. Would love a bit more seating but it's New York - the buns/burgers in particular are lovely

food is usually good, ordered on the kiosk and entered my name. never called it. my food was on the counter. when i stood closer after helping two people he confirmed the order was mine. spent extra 10 min waiting.

Food was decent. Tasted fine but even the extra spicy was more like little to mid spicy. Friendly service. Got the food very quickly in just a couple of minutes from ordering.
Delicious soup and the pork burger was flavorful, even better when you dip in the broth.
