The food here is really good—fresh ingredients and flavorful broth. Just expect a longer wait, especially during peak hours. Probably because it’s so popular. Worth it if you’re not in a rush!

This place is pretty good, meats are fresh and come out quickly. The waitstaff is welcoming, the atmosphere is very family friendly. My only complaint would be the drink refrigerator, it’s not cold at all, not even sure if they plug it in at all all the drinks are lukewarm.

Came here on a Friday night and was told 45 mins. We waited 2 hours…
Food: C+ - we got the premium dinner with all the seafood. Portions were small. Meat quality wasn’t good as compared to other hot pot places. Sashimi was bland and still frozen. Just not good for the price.
Service: A - our waiter was so kind. Table was cleared fast and she came to clear the empty plates quickly. However, their ordering system is terrible. 100% sure we didn’t receive all the food we ordered. I ordered more of course but hate those situations when all the food comes and it’s like a backlog of stuff you ordered then have to tell them to take it back.
My biggest gripe: on top of the almost $50/person price. They charge for soup base! It was $20 for 2 types of soup base. Talk about being nickel and dimed and taken out back and bent over.
Overall: overrated, over hyped, and would not visit again. 1 and done.

Such a lovely experience! Huge spot, beautifully decorated. A line out the door that moved super fast. The broths were robust, flavorful and spicy! The AYCE (all you can eat) style made ordering feel free and they kept the portions reasonable, so if you order thoughtfully - you'll finish nearly everything on the table (which I am glad for because I hatee to waste).
The staff were so kind and attentive. And the iPad ordering made everything seamless.
They have a fragrance satchel making station on M/W/F so we didnt even feel the wait time.
There's also a membership where you can get the buffet for cheaper, free dessert, and more.
Great spot, we will def be back. Come check then out!

One of the best Hot Pot restaurants I've experienced in NYC. Selection was great, the broth was superb, service was attentive and friendly. Chill vibe and despite it being busy, had a relaxed meal.

Awesome hotspot with great food, decor and service! We got two broths, one pork and the spicy one. They were both delicious and all the meat, veggie and seafood you can eat! Will definitely come back with a larger group.

Dinner at Xiang Hotpot felt like being VIP at a flavor festival. The staff checked in constantly, refilled broths without us asking, and walked us through the menu like pros. From the moment we sat down, everything ran smoothly, fast seating, quick orders, zero attitude even during a busy rush. Tables are a little close, but the hospitality is so on point you forget about the crowd and just enjoy the experience. This is the kind of service that makes you want to come back hungry.
