As usual, still very busy
My daughter and her friend went here last night and got the spam mishubichi roll. The spam had discoloration on it they thought that they put soy sauce on it. They ate it and now they both have food poisoning from it. Both of them have being throwing up since.

I usually do not leave reviews but am doing so because of the bad experience. I placed an order yesterday evening for pickup the following morning at 10:15 am. The following morning, I called at 10:20 am to let them know I’m on my way and asked if my order is ready for pickup. A male rudely said “you said pickup at 10:15; you are late, come get it” and hung up the phone. I would leave 0 stars for service if I could. The guy that picked up the phone was probably the business owner which makes it worst; you don’t treat your customers like that. I don’t recommend his place nor will I be returning to purchase them due to the rude service.

I love the rice balls most. They are very filling and so delicious. They make them fresh, so they are always warm which is fantastic, imo. I usually pick some riceballs up to munch on as I run errands in the neighborhood, but there is seating available in case you want to chill while you eat. Love this spot

I love this place and remember when it first opened up. There aren't other boba tea places that are as unique as this one. The menu and products you can buy have a good variety. I love the onigiri and you can't really find any other place nearby that sells them.
Unlike many boba tea places, you can actually create your own drink and pick from the many named drinks. I've had blue blood, the hulk, sunrise, period pad, green panda, black wido, her, and more!
One thing that has changed (specifically after covid) is they took away more seats and they also took off the shelf that had amazing merch and imported snacks. I wish that was back and now it looks more like a takeout store but it's amazing otherwise!
Vegetarian options: Due to the wide variety of tea options as well as a great selection of fingerfood/entrees-there are a good amount of vegetarian options. If they still had the snack shelf then there would be a lot more options.
Dietary restrictions: There aren't much dietary restrictions and actually offer different alternatives.
Parking: Being on 86th st, it's very hard to find parking and would recommend either spending awhile to find parking or have someone go in and preorder your food for takeout. D train and several buses nearby so public transport is preferred.
Kid-friendliness: It's super kid friendly and I went there when it opened. There are some drinks on the menu that have more adult-like labels but they're all delicious and it's less than a handful that have those type of labels.
When they still had merchandise, kids would love to admire it and buy them.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible just not much room if someone went in with a wheel chair.

Bubble tea was just okay. Boba was average. The coffee was very bland. I’d recommend going elsewhere for a 6 to 7 dollar drink.
