Went there yesterday to order Yemeni traditional lamb broth soup and they just bring it to you as an appetizer! It's amazing! I love this soup. Then we ordered chicken and fish (I'm sorry, I'm bad at remembering names) it was delicious too, but we had to take it to go since everyone was full on soup lol

The food was so good! The lentil soup was probably the best I've ever tasted and the menu had both English and Arabic. The bread was soft and fresh and the fahsa was really delicious đ. The lamb in it was very tender! Would recommend this place for sure. There is also a cool wall decoration that looks like an old city gate. The restaurant opened in 1986 and was the first Yemeni restaurant in the country!

Good food and good customer service. Expensive food
Staff is horrible , they donât want you calling them for anything . Very unfriendly, they donât wanna be there. Not sure why theyâre charging people a service charge to have such incompetent staff.

Restaurantji Recommends
Good food.
Bread nead to be mixed with wheat flour so it doesn't become rubbery after 10 minutes in aluminum foil. Adenian tea it's not Adani at all. Just basic tea
I donât recommend this restaurant at all they touching the chicken and meet with their hand no gloves a
fter they was using dirty towels also not professional service every cashier have his price different

Such a disappointing experience.
My family & I often enjoy eating at Yemen cafe so usually we never really experience anything bad since we sit and eat there. But, this time we decided to take out and let me just say it was a huge let down. I ordered the half chicken and it was completely burned off with little to no meat on it which is absolutely unacceptable. Serving food that is barely edible due to the lack of acknowledgement of the charcoal grill burning the meat off. The 2x1 inch piece of meat in the entire half chicken was the only thing a person could consume even that being extremely hard due to the over grilling process. Not only that, the broth that they gave completely spilled inside the bag due to them not packing it properly. On top of the the remaining of the broth was completely watered down. This was a terrible experience and I hope they start to acknowledge more on what and how they serve their customers.
