My first time coming here was absolutely fantastic! This place has the best frozen yogurt. On top of that the workers here are very helpful and kind when helping me. My kids love it here.

Delicious frozen yogurt but service is horrendous. Got yelled at because my mom gave her debit card for my brother and I to get yogurt while she was shopping a store down. Do they not want the money regardless? And this happened before and I called my mom to show that she allows it. Still, got yelled at for it. Overall the vibe and atmosphere is very unwelcoming too. They watch your every move. Wouldn’t give them business again.

Youghurt is pretty good but the service is horrendous. Despite it we still kept going for years but today was the final straw. Owners yell at spilled yoghurt and just overall give very unfriendly attitude. This is a kids place and your every move is watched and reprimanded. Yelling at my son today for some spilled Youghurt or slightly spilled sauce makes you feel very comfortable.

First time visiting here and I grabbed a coconut frozen yogurt and wanted to taste it (even though I was gonna pay for it anyways), the man behind the counter took the spoons away and yelled at me in front of all the customers that they charge by the weight of the yogurt and I can’t try it even though I told him I’m paying for 3 yogurts for me, my mom and niece. Horrible customer service and horrible first experience.

The frozen yogurt was so good but the customer service was bad the guy at the front desk yelled at us and he responded very rudely when I asked a question he also kept staring at me and my friend like we were suspicious individuals.

We come here all the time after dinner, and we like the frozen yogurt, however we came here 9:00pm to buy frozen yogurt and wanted to stay inside since it’s freezing outside, but they kicked us out saying it’s “closed” so we went to the website and it said it’s closing at 9:30pm. Plus I have 4 children we were waiting outside because our house is far.
