bought a sandwich and had a very positive experience with the guy at the sandwich station. went to the front to pay and the guy was sitting there, glued to his phone totally oblivious to his surroundings. i was rushing to catch a bus and had to tell him I WANT TO PAY. i told him that it wasnt ok for him to be on his phone when customers are in the store. he responded in a very unpleasant manner. when i asked him what he said his response was : HAVE A GREAT DAY! the sandwich was fresh and delicious...the service in the front was stale and just awful
