The place is really small even though there are two floors. It's absolutely not the cleanest - there is a bunch of oil grease on the lazy Susan, disgusting .
Although it is relatively cheaper than the bigger restaurants, food itself is full of msg and too greasy, not good.
I've been here once or twice before and I never liked it. However, we came back again last night bcus it was the family's choice, and I hate it even more.
Will not return.

I wouldn't know if the food is any good or not because nothing ever came out. We made a reservation for 630pm but did not get seated till 7pm. 15 mins go by and no one attends to us, no menu, no tea, no plates no nothing. Finally we ask get up and get the menu are selves and chase down a waiter to get our order placed. 30 mins go by, we ask for how much longer, they say 5 mins. Another 20 mins go by , hey you said 5 mins ago, oh it's coming out right now, 30 more mins go by and we give up and leave. I think this restaurant needs strongly re-evaluate their workflow and service because even by asian standards it appalling how horrendous their attitude is towards customers

If i could give 0 stars i would, completely disregarded costumers needs and only put big places as the priority. We were ignored 10 times, by the end we felt obligated to leave. Unbelievable how this establishment is still up, awful awful service.

The food was cold and the plates were plastic the bowls were paper the cups too. They put too much condiments on everything, they must have put a ton of white pepper in the soup because that was not good. Also the clams were overly sauced and not good. The service is also super slow and waited a long time for food, like they forgot our table and didn’t serve me until 30 minutes later.

We ordered half a five-flavor duck, which was all bones and fat. We looked at the half of the five-flavored duck on the table next to us. Contrary to ours, our half was inedible, the service attitude was not good, and the food was getting worse. The more unpalatable it is! It gets worse and worse!

I went to try this dining in at this restaurant tonight, Sunday Oct 29th. The place was packed. Usually, the food I order for takeout is great, but the food today was only good not great. Service was horrible. They sat us down with no menu or anything. After ordering, we asked for extra plates 3 times with 3 different servers and they never came back. Never got any check in, change of plates, and no refill on the teas. We had to get up and get it ourselves. They are like wild horses running around. They were power walking and kicking the chairs of the customers sitting at the walking aisle. The lady next to us had it even worst, the server rush the HOT stone bowl of soup like dish and pour some on the ladies shirt and shoulder and he tried to “laugh it off”. Also they don’t say “excuse me” or “be careful behind” or any signs of notice when they try to put the plate on the tables. Just rush and dump the plate on the table.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Had a 7:30pm reservation. Got seated at 8pm. Food took forever, over an hour and came out past 9pm. Gave 14.5% in tips, which was very generous for what we had to go through. They chased us down after the meal for $2 to make it 15%. This place is a disgrace to Chinese restaurants. SMH ?♂️

After sitting down for almost 10 minutes, there was not even a single menu! fail! The only service was that he couldn't even serve the dishes well. He actually dropped the cutlery and pretended not to see it. It was a failure among failures! Still pretending not to see it! I'm convinced too! As for other services, there are none! The paper towels are packed with nothing! How dare you chase tips! If this kind of store opened elsewhere in New York, it would have been closed long ago! This kind of shop can only be done in BK!
