The food was generally okay, but the service was terrible. They wouldn't remove items that weren't on the menu, and when you asked, they'd say they didn't have them! And their attitude was awful! They didn't even answer your questions properly, and they were rude back at you. Who would dare come back with this kind of service? The plates weren't replaced promptly, and we had to pick them up ourselves! With a bad attitude, you're bound to tip less, and they'll even chase you down to ask for more!

Horrible service is definitely the consistent message here. They continually prioritize the take out order before the seated customers. If you love their food and are willing to wait 1 hour+ for food, then take the risk. We walked out after 1.5 hours and they didn't even start to cook our order.

Honestly such a delightful meal! We stumbled upon the restaurant while driving by. Reviews said the service wasn’t good but the waiters and staff were pretty quick and attentive. Even with the language barrier we had no issues at all!
We ordered the lobster in ginger garlic sauce, fried rice, Peking style pork chops, clams in black bean sauce, and stir fried string beans.
The price was so reasonable even with tip! Plenty of leftovers as well!
Every single dish was delicious and we will definitely be back again. Thank you!

HORRIBLE SERVICE but good food. We ordered 5 dishes, the soup dish you see was on the house and I saw that every table got it at the beginning of their meal. For these 5 dishes we spent $187 which I would say was reasonable given the portions but when we left a tip of $20 which I think was justifiable as their service was horrible. When we went in and got seated we were ignored for a good 5 minutes with no menu in sight and so we had to go fetch our own menu. It was obvious that they didn’t want to serve us as we weren’t Cantonese people since their expressions were really bad. Anyway after we gave that $20 tip they said that wasn’t enough and so we had to add an extra $10 on top of it. I would say the food was good and there were great portions but the SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. I would not come here again given the service.

The service was absolutely terrible with the server doing the bare minimum compared to other Chinese restaurants we visited. The food was alright but for it's price? I'd say it's not worth it at all! Spend your money where else. Not to mention the server was complaining about a $75 tip for a $500 check? For the experience and the food I'd say a $75 is very generous for a mere TIP. They probably make more than enough money just charging us $20 for a simple meal that costs $5 to make at home.

DO NOT COME HERE. Especially without a reservation. They continued to take reservations while telling us to wait. We waited an hour before we realized what was going on when a party that came in after us came back. The staff do NOT know how to run a business. They knew how many reservations they had and were not able to give us an estimate of wait time when we first asked. We watched more than five parties leave while we waited. The host passed us several times and did not update us. Then she sent us upstairs only to run after us and tell us she made a mistake and it wasn’t for us. Very disorganized and I was very disappointed for my first visit. Based on other reviews I guess I’m not missing out on anything.

Food is good. Place gets packed on the weekends so definitely avoid going on a weekend. Wait staff ignores you and don't seem to have a sense of urgency. Service on weekdays is better.
