This used to be my favorite bagel shop near my home — until today. The rude man at the register completely ruined my mood. He kept pointing his finger at the signs showing where to order, even though I’ve always ordered at the register, not at the back of the shop. Fine, I went to place the order — and then he told me that I “can’t look at him like that.” What a weirdo. He ruined my morning, and I will never come back to this place. Disgusting treatment of customers.

Ever since the new owners took over this place, it has gone steadily downhill. Orders don't get made right, prices don't line up with quality, and it just doesn't taste the same any more, not even simple breakfast orders.
You know how else I can tell this place is sliding since the new ownership? The DSNY crews don't come any more.
I still stop by from time to time, but just for a coffee or something from the drinks fridge. Shame, this used to be a great spot on weekend mornings to stop in.

Very expensive to buy something for breakfast on this place. I bought a bacon egg and cheese on a roll. They charge extra for each extra condiment . Some Lettuce. $1.50 couple tomatoe slices $1.50 some avocado $2.00 . Jalapeño slices. $1.00 . Maybe they charge also for Salt and pepper ??????
