Zen Vegetarian is always a pleasure to visit in the Flatbush area for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Exceptional service. Delicious food. The lunch special is a fantastic deal. I highly recommend the sesame chicken, general tsos, and vegan cheesecake.

The food here is decent and offers a nice variety of vegetarian Chinese options (though not strictly vegan). However, the prices are quite high for what is provided. After spending over \\$40 just on lunch, it was disappointing to find that extra charges apply for additional sauces or condiments. The overall service and approach feel similar to a standard local Chinese restaurant, without much that sets it apart beyond the vegetarian menu. The atmosphere could also use improvement,...
