Everything is perfect and phenomenal. The workers are all so nice and they are always willing to modify my order however I want.
The food tastes so good and the portions are huge. You get so much bang for your buck.

If I could give zero stars for service, I would. The food is usually fresh and delicious, which is the only reason this review isn’t a full zero. However, the experience at the counter has consistently been disappointing. The woman at the register is extremely rude, lacks basic customer service skills, and often snaps at customers before they can even finish speaking.
For example, my husband simply asked about the $14.99 deal—something he has ordered for years—and before he could clarify that he’s will be paying the extra cost (as he does with the other employees) she cut him off with an attitude. It’s not the price that’s the issue; it’s the disrespect toward regular customers or just any other customers who come in every couple of weeks and support the business.
The other young man in her substitute is usually polite and respectful, but every time this particular cashier is there, the entire mood shifts. She acts like customers are an inconvenience, which is surprising for a business in the food industry where basic courtesy should be standard.
Unfortunately, tonight was yet another unpleasant experience, and it has made us genuinely hesitant to return. It’s disappointing to see good food overshadowed by consistently poor service. The owner really has to work on its employees to not loose further regulars.
