I waited 20 minutes for them to tell me they did not have what I ordered in store and it would take another 15 minutes to prepare it. Spent 15 minutes on a call to cancel the order. Staff were very rude by letting me sit there for 20 minutes. This is by far the worst kfc I have seen. They do not open when their hours say they are open. Do not go here.

I had the opportunity to enjoy a late lunch at the Hoosick Road KFC today. Compared to the Albany Central Ave location, this store was cleaner, though they need to do a better job removing snow from the parking lot, Unlike Central Ave, there is no digital ordering kiosk. I ordered the 3 piece combo, specifying breasts and wings, and requested the large mashed potatoes. I was served two thighs and a drumstick. I got my large mashed potatoes, but they were served without gravy. The meal was served quickly and it was hot. The bill was 12 dollars and change, so a good value. Overall it was an OK dining experience. After finishing my meal, I retired to the restroom to wash my hands. Unlike the Central Ave location, this facility actually has hot water, so kudos for preserving public health. I would return, but it's difficult making a a left hand turn out the exit. The store is decorated with a lot of old-timey Harlan Sanders memorabilia, so props for the decor!

I ordered through DoorDash and my dasher said she was waiting because they said they ran out of chicken tenders but I didn’t order any chicken tenders so I called the restaurant and of course I had n in competent person answer the phone she had the nerve to sit the phone down while I was still on it and just never hung up I called several times and just got a busy signal if you don’t like your job quit.

This KFC location is the absolute WORST! It’s clear the owner does not care how their employees make their business look. I contacted corporate a few months ago due to the employees closing the store early and being very rude. Decided to give them another chance today and the woman running the drive thru took our payment and told us to pull around front she would bring our food out to us. We pulled around front and watched her LEAVE… no one ever brought us our food. Then we go inside to retrieve the food and half the order was missing. It’s fast food not law school get a grip people.

This place just randomly closes even when hours say they are open. This has happened on 4 different occasions. Also, I ordered a pick up order and was told at the drivethru that they couldn't hand my food through the drivethru window, that i had to come inside. I had recently had surgery and could not easily walk out of the car. Staff is ALWAYS rude.

Placed an order for two 5 piece tender meals. When it got delivered, the one meal the tenders were dry and hard like they were from the pervious day, and none of the sides. The other tender meal wasn't even tenders. The meal came with 3 drumsticks and a wing. Also none of the sides. The bag didn't have any way to say who's it was just relying on the dasher for grabbing the correct bag. Also ordered two chicken wraps that were made on a roll instead of wraps. Better off going to the one in menands,ny.

The lady who was working at drive-thru(around 5-6pm), her attitude STINKS. She is beyond rude. I was there to grab chicken burger meal, i asked for sauce and she said ketchup is the only sauce comes with combo. I asked for mayo, kfc sauce, bbq, they didnt have none of these. They only had 2, and I asked for honey bbq. She said she was going to charge me extra for that.. i asked for water as drink, and she passed me tap water in a regular fountain cup. I said I don’t want it since its tap water and she goes with an attitude “this is not tap water maam this is something else water (i didnt get what she said)” and i got my food and left. Her attitude STINKS. This KFC is another level terrible. You can see my past experience underneath.

Rushing home from hard days work to meet significant other, placed my order. I asked for Extra mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I repeatedly requested 2 extra gravy. I even said I know I will have to pay extra. No problem they said. Received my order- and it was for $46.60. OK, I asked for extra expect to be charged more. Get home ( 35 min drive) Open bag- no gravy at all. Potatoes dry. Coleslaw was missing- Chicken overcooked and dry. Called to complain- " OH yes your gravy is right here with your coleslaw." I said I AM NOT DRIVING 35 MINUTES on HOOSICK STREET TO GET GRAVY AND COLESLAW. I requested my money back. No can't do thst. Told to call when a manager was there. Upon calling manager- Barbara- I was told- " We cannot give you monetary refund. Come in on a Thursday when I am here and I will Comp your lunch on my account." Why would I want that???? Why would you offer me lunch when my entire dinner was awful? I contacted Corporate- ( who were not helpful and just repeatedly said, "We give you coupon, we give you coupon.) I told them i dont want your coupon- i want money back. I am never going back.
