This was the worst fast food experience of my life. Ordered in the restaurant for take away on 29 December 2026 around 3 pm. There seemed to only be one staff member working. We waited 20 min for a family meal to be told that the biscuits would need 14 more minutes. The staff agreed to swap out the biscuits for other items. In the process he forgot our mashed potatoes and gravy. Went back in to get these, and still left with only one portion. The staff member seemed frantic and overworked. Not impressed.

You want lukewarm food? Come here. Might get served with a side of food poisoning. Ordered nuggets got no sauce. Order wedges and they don't non exist. But hey at least I got a world famous bowl with 6 nuggets and a pinch of cheese. The only thing that has a temp was the gravy hahaha. Whoever runs this establishment should take a good look at your employees. I tried to order this exact order 2 days ago and the dasher got there at 830 and was told they have no chicken except original recipe because they were closing soon. I laughed and said they don't close until 11 so why would you be out of chicken? This place is a joke and my dasher had to wait 15 minutes in line to be told this. I apologized to him for wasting his time and said they are always like this.

Waited ten minutes in drive thru for my order which they got wrong . I would have overlooked that . But when I went in to tell them they were rude . Not only were they rude the two guys cooking the food had dirty greasy hair with only a baseball hat on ! After seeing that I just threw the food out ! Was absolutely disgusting their appearance.

The employees who work the drive-thru, which I believe is all of them, shouldn’t be working in customer service. The workers here are all extremely incompetent and should be replaced. I’m not sure if any of these reviews will get to any of these people because I doubt any of them know how to read. They will constantly leave items out of your order, and it doesn’t matter how little or often your order, because they can’t read.

Staff were very rude by letting me sit there for 20 minutes. This is by far the worst kfc I have seen. They do not open when their hours say they are open. Do not go here.
