Aroma Joe's is my Saturday morning, pre-errand place to go for an iced latte. Staff is kind and always willing to answer any questions. I have a bit of dietary needs and they were more than willing to help me around those and still get a delicious drink.
With the exception of one employee, everything is perfect the mannerisms the service the food but this one lady with glasses blonde hair that works the drive-through is a horrible representation of your customer service. She’s rude. She is slick and how she talks to people and she should not by any means be anyone supervisor she’s terrible and she needs to go back and learn how to reconnect with a customer and be a good person. The rush is always 🔥 donuts are just meh. Latte's and coffee are also gas
