I had made reservation on OpenTable, got confirmation, went to the restaurant... and found out it was closed!

When arrived after making a reservation they had a sign on the door that they are closed due to lack of employees. Why have a reservation service if you are too lazy to open. My guess is you are living off the free PPP money.

Worst tomato sauce I've ever had. Ruined 2 meals. Bartender/server made the experience tolerable.

Went to dinner for family birthday celebration. Lovely place with a great atmosphere. Excellent customer service with a fine dining menu. Recommend the appetizers, soup, and filet mignon. Everything was prepared as ordered and served hot. I appreciated their parking lot behind the restaurant - a luxury for downtown restaurants.

We had such high hopes for this place after seeing the reviews but was incredibly let down from start to finish! We were for seated for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, including the empty water glasses too. Our meal didn't consist of anything too complicated but it was very clear we were put on some “pay no attention to” list for not ordering alcoholic beverages. We were in town for the marathon and chances are you're not going to get big drinkers the night before a race. The table next to us who ordered drinks got their appetizers pretty much immediately compared to our wait for one appetizer and a salad, let alone the dinner. We had planned to stay for dessert but since we weren't of top priority or any priority to your staff, we decided to leave. It pained my husband to tip 20% when he is normally a 40% tipper. Guess our waitress felt it was more important to cater to drinkers. You never know why people don't order alcoholic drinks and for us to be treated in such a manner just left a bad overall impression on the place.
The food was delicious, cooked very well. The service was sub-par, however. Our waiter was slow and felt reluctant to help us. Stopped by probably only 3 times total at our table with a half empty restaurant.
