The food was incredible. The pot roast is perfection and all the foods are again, perfectly prepared. The wait staff are excellent. My only negative criticism is that the dishwasher must have been out of rinse agent because the glasses at the bar were hellaciously streaked as though they were rinsed in milk. Also, when the mid afternoon sun came in through the large glass windows, all the cobwebs were quite evident and slightly distracting. But please come for the food. It's wonderful!

We recently had my daughter’s baby shower at Acqua. I can not say enough nice things about the venue and how we were treated. Michael was always great at getting back to me and was very gracious with all my requests. Christine and Jeff were are servers for the event and they were attentive and pleasant to work with. Thank you all for helping to make the shower a success. I received many compliments on the food, venue and service. Jane

If zero stars were possible, I'd say I'm giving one star for the red-haired lady who was super nice. However, the minimum is one star, so that's all I got. The bald headed guy was so rude? While my friend and I went to the table he asked us what meal we had and we had color coded post its for the meal so we showed him and he just stops us and says, "Speak". And while he made my friend specify the meal, he was so irritated and rushed her. I work in customer service, yeah, it can be rough, but wow. That was just hateful. And it's not just me, he was rude to multiple people. To add on to it, he comes up to the table to tell me that the meal I prepaid for is not available and tells me to pick a replacement. As a vegetarian, that meant I only had one option. Genuinely, how do you not have the meal that a set number was pre-ordered for? And the meal I prepaid for was more expensive than the one they gave me. Overall, it was a beautiful venue but I was so disappointed by the food and the strange, bitter, bald man. May he find peace.

Im sorry i couldnt give you a lower rating your lucky you got a star. My daughter had her prom here and the food was the only thing that i was disappointed with the chicken wasn't cooked all the way done, potatoes were overcooked, carrots were barely cooked. If your chefs couldn't cook for over 100 students then they shouldn't be in the kitchen.
