Having eaten at a place by the same name, different owner in Cleveland, we had such high hopes for this market eatery. The market side offered fresh pitas and various other foreign delights. The cashier doubled as the waiter, who took a bit to realize that we wanted to order (in retrospect we could have approached him but were too busy reading the menu) asked what we wanted. I got the falafel sandwich, which although a bit drippy at the tail end as I scooped it out of the foil, was crispy. And my mate's lamb sandwich (which is truly a wrap) was perfectly seasoned. Granted it is served on a Styrofoam plate and there is no background music, but we didn't come for ambience. Do yourself a favor and get it to go, and let your taste buds rejoice.

Stopped in because my significant other really misses these types of places from when he lived abroad. I decided to get the chicken schwarma sandwich and I was not disappointed. The chicken was so flavorful, I definitely could have eaten two. I will second what other folks commented on regarding the bread--it is something else. I loved how it was all warm and gooey... really made the sandwich. The service was lovely, just one younger gentlemen taking orders and cooking for us. The prices are more than reasonable and I found everything to be very clean. I will definitely return and want to try other things on the menu.

Really bad customer service. Cashier from the grocery side didn't know how to talk to the customer. We waited more than 15 minutes for food and no one ever came to take our food order! I asked that cashier, if anyone is coming to take our order or how long it will take to come to take our order?" In reply he showed us an attitude. Seems, no education or never learned how to talk to outside folks. Not recommending to anyone to visit this grocery nor restaurant. Very unprofessional all the way!
