I had accidentally placed an online order at a wrong location. I was totally stuck not being from the immediate area. Justin the manager understood my situation and handled it quickly for me.Customer service like this is RARE these days. That man deserves his kudos.

Williamsville store not listed - went for take outs we live 5-7 minutes away - no mac and cheese - asked if soup was homemade kid laughed and said it it canned stuff - i got it anyways since it was cold out the small looked like the size of an infant style lol - no spoon in page but no big deal it tasted like vinegar SPOILED -Fries orders and no ketchup in the bag (Id expect that from McDonald's) -Rest of food was cold and we live minutes away and Andersons it NOT cheap fast food 90% in trash - fries not even luke warm and beef cold BYE!!! Too expensive for fast food that is a disaster & I did not expect this but I was told by friends it is now a NO GO

Anderson’s is a Buffalo staple! If you want to try a great beef on weck or get some beautiful ice cream, you need to go to Anderson’s. I strongly recommend their roast beef sandwiches and heavenly hash ice cream. Simply divine!Lots of seating. Quick and lovely service. It’s got it all.

Love Andersons, the best roast beef around, wish that they offered a larger size sandwich ? as well as regular size because sometimes you just can't get enough of that beef, great selection and you can't go wrong with some ice-cream to cleanse the palate
