Here's the reason for my review ! I go to the Broadway market pretty often, this time I went there on 3 different occasions. I tried their Chicken Biryani, I also tried vegetable samosa, and today I tried the chicken Tikka and the chicken curry. I will post a picture of the chicken curry.Let me start out by saying the food served here is usually not served hot. At least the times I went, I saw with my own eyes they reheat the food in the microwave .....I don't think I need to say anything else about that. In my opinion, I don't think a restaurant should let food sit out to get cold then reheat, that's a safety issue. My next issue is the actual taste. The food is typically bland, I wanted to give it a try because I see they're fundraising and they're local. But the rice is not seasoned a ton. I had my final purchase today of curry chicken which was super watery. When I explained this was not what I expected I was told this is how it is and that it's supposed to be a gravy...right...gravies are thick usually. I've had curry from so many places in buffalo ( see reviews) that I just can't take any place telling me a watered down orange liquid is supposed to be a curry sauce.I ultimately gave the food back to the woman working and traded for the Tikka which she was making fresh and sampling. That actually tasted fine.Anyway, I would try at your own risk because the cold food/food safety is a no for me.

We went there to have breakfast at 10:07am. But it was closed. Most of the time we can't get the food as per menu.

Fast, friendly, and delicious! The butter chicken melts in your mouth! Don't miss this hidden gem in the McKinley Mall.

Chicken roast is so bad

Ate at the new Mckinley Mall location. Big mistake. I should have known it wasn't going to be good as soon as I seen food being taken from the fridge and heated up in the microwave... But I decided to give it a shot. This was by far the worst food I've had in a LONG time. The food was half cold from the microwave and EXTREMELY DRY. Almost like it had been sitting out days prior... There was also maybe 2 pieces of chicken for my whole meal and rice is sold seperate, which is odd. I felt like I was eating actual dog food and encourage everyone to eat somewhere else near the mall. $13 wasted in the trash.

I would not have understood that the food in Apas Kitchen was so much delicious. I ordered a few items. The items were cooked very quickly. I got the order in less than 10 minutes. When I started eating the food, it was different Tests really deserve praise.

The ladies here were very nice and lovely. The chicken korma was very different than Indian chicken korma. Completely different flavor, made with bone-in chicken. The samosas were homemade, ...fresh and flavorful, tender, and the dough had a flavor that is similar to Asian fried noodles. Very good. Nothing was frozen, would definitely eat here again. Prices were very fair also.

I had to give three stars because the servers weren’t very helpful or interested in selling the food. Not much communication with us so we couldn’t pick what to order. Food was average. I hope they improve their service.
