Our server was the best part of the night (Liz.) Unfortunately she, and her drink recommendation, was the only good thing about the night. Our appetizer, spinach and artichoke dip, which we always love, was obviously OLD and reheated. My chicken wonton tacos were obnoxiously spicy, more than they should have been. The worst part was while we know Applebees is not a steakhouse, they prepared TWO steaks not as ordered and plated both plates terribly. Blood was all over both plates, affecting the sides ordered with the steak. Neither the mashed potatoes nor the cheesy broccoli were plated professionally. Very disappointed overall tonight.

The restaurant was busy on the day i stopped by. We ordered a well-done steak but they made a rare steak instead. We asked them to grill it again because the children couldn’t the meal. However, they didn’t grill it but instead put the steak into a microwave. I understand that the restaurant was busy but that’s not how you fix the issue. I wouldn’t come back again.

I ordered DoorDash through here so the food was ok considering longer car ride. My issue is I bought a burger, upgraded and paid extra for waffle fries, and the restaurant gave me literally 7 waffle fries. I ordered the same thing last week as I’m traveling on business and was provided a larger container with an appropriate amount of waffle fries. Not sure if someone had a bad night or what but it was offensive to pay an upgraded charge for this meal. Burger and 7 waffle fries for $22. I would have been better off getting McDonald’s.

For whatever reason the app did not work, so I had to go inside an order. Perhaps it is something that I've done on my end. Anyways, the food I have now is good and thank you for your concern

Ordered food for Carside pick up, called when I got there and the girl told me to come inside instead. I asked her if it was ready since I was a little early and she said yes, only for me to find out when I got inside that it in fact was not ready at all. She told me a couple minutes so I agreed to wait, but it was actually 20ish minute wait. In that time, 4 uber eats delivery personnel showed up after me and left before me with food. Once I got my food I checked it just to make sure all my food was in place. But when I got home the steak dinner on the bottom was in fact not steak, but grilled chicken with the wrong sides. Disappointing even for Applebees.

I love coming to this restaurant because the food is very good. Also, the server that I get all the time that I request is Brittney, she is the best.
This Applebee's was by far one of the best I had been to. Our server was amazing. The food tasted fabulous. My drinks were made perfectly.

It was the worse meal I had. The burger was over done and dry. The fresh were not cooked . The roll on the burger was burnt. I did say something to the manager and all he gave me was 13.00 dollars off. I was with my son.so we order the 2 for 26.00. My bill should have been free. My meal was the same way. Very very disappointed. I'll never go back.
