Applebee's Grill + Bar

Utensils were dirty & my cousin didn't hve I.D and they refused to service us ? outside of the fact that we were just there and previously but never got id ever. We just tipped the waiter cause she was new & we wasted her time

Restaurant wasn’t clean I found COBWEBS behind our table at our shoulders, picture attached, it was disgusting and very unclean for a restaurant where we eat food. We reported it to the hostess/greeter the old lady who took us to our table but she didn’t seem to care. It was at Table 23. There were about 20 of us and our bill was over $200.

Kid-friendliness: Colouring to keep kids busy was good

Took almost an hour and a half to get our food. Table that arrived after us got their food twenty minutes before us. Server had her belly hanging out the bottom of her shirt. Toilets were disgusting and there were no paper towels in the bathroom.

Nicole was great! She took care of our family and the kids were offered food quickly to keep them occupied. Everything tasted so good!

I honestly don't understand why if we are the first people here. We had to wait an hour for our food. I understand the typical excuse is that they don't have staff but if that's the case don't be open or hire more people. I come here weekly but it's starting to get worse over the weeks which I don't understand why.

We stopped by for breakfast, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The place was dark, the service was super slow, and everything was very expensive. The food itself was bland and overpriced, which made the experience worse. The restaurant was almost empty, so we couldn't understand why they added multiple fees on the bill, including a tip we didn’t get the option to choose.

This isn't a fancy place—it’s Applebee's—so it felt like a tourist trap. On top of that, there was a 2% fee for card payments. Definitely not going back. Save your money and find somewhere else.

I ordered carside to go. First time I had riblets.. OMG so good. Fresh Cole slaw, and opted for the garlic mashed potatoes. Super yummy. FYI Call when u arrive.

Don’t go here been waiting forever service(they didn’t even come) order a fruit smoothie and their lot big ice, i never seen a false advertising this much.

I was told I had to wait 20 mins to a 3/4 empty place at 830 on a Friday night because a lot of the staff were on break..... All I wanted was a late dinner before bed with my kid after a 5 hour car ride. I suggest making sure there is coverage within the staff instead of making restaurant Into a social hour between the staff during work hours. Especially on one of the busiest days of the week where people fight for those shifts.

Our server was super nice and checked on us frequently, but during our meal we found a roach leg in my husband mt dew…we brought it to the server’s attention and he was super apologetic and he physically saw leg on the straw…he said he could have the manager come over but we were honestly sick to our stomachs we just wanted to leave! we just asked our server to at least tell the manager so the ice machines can be cleaned out and he said he would try his best(i should have said yes to speak to the manager)…needless to say we will not be back to Applebee’s…we paid our bill and left…if you guys see this please clean your ice machine is on a regular basis…we were having an enjoyable time until this happened… :/ i guess thanks for the extra protein
