Google says open at 10 on Wednesday. Placed an Online Order at 10:30, went up there at my scheduled pick up time, They told me that they aren’t open yet and haven’t made dough. Either fix your opening times on Google or get staff that arrives and does their work on time

So let me get this right… yall open at 10am on wednesdays. Why when I come at 1:45 the worker said he just started baking pretzels and it’ll be another 25 min? Not ONE pretzel or food item was cooked & I was not the only customer. SMH . 🤦🏻‍♀️ I went up to wetzle pretzels, atleast their employees are nice

I usually always get the cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets. They are always loaded with cinnamon sugar but tonight it was barely covered in any. Also the service at this one (not the one that sits in the middle of the mall) is always terrible. The employees are never nice and always act rude and stuck up towards customers and as if the customer is a bother. Overall very poor customer service.

Can’t even comment on the food since I never got any, but it looked old and dry in the window.

I walk up to get a pretzel with cream cheese, pretty easy order right? There was no line and one guy working, where I was ignored for almost a full minute while the cashier attempted to count .70 in change and had to restart multiple times. Without even looking up he finally says “what do you want”. I say my order and am met with silence, until he says about 20 seconds later “you want a cinnamon pretzel?” I then repeat my order again, where, after another long pause as he still continues to attempt to count 9 coins, he says “what do you want? I repeat my order for a 3rd time, where he then again says “wait what did you want”.

Just walked away, not worth spending my money with a business that hires people who are functional idiots and can’t even be bothered to look up.

We went to this location and they were all standing around with no products made. I guess they get paid for yapping with each other.
It sure would be nice if they got people who wanted to work. What a bunch of lazy do nothings at this location.

Ordered ahead with app. Arrived and told they don’t have an item we ordered (cinnamon nuggets) and tried to force us to exchange it with a lower priced item (cinnamon pretzel) without refunding the difference. When I pointed that out, they got hostile, and the whole crew decided to get loud like I was the one that was trying to gyp them over when they can’t understand basic math ? manager looked like she had zero control over her staff so we just left without it being resolved. All I can say is good luck, based on the other reviews your visit here is gonna be rough.

The one near Best Buy is always closed but the one near footlockers is great. Very busy so you need to be patient, sometimes they have troubles but it’s food business it can happen.

No manager around when needed I left and came back still no manager, how does that work ?

The food is great. Auntie Anne's pretzels are delicious. That's across the board, any location I've been to. This location just happens to have terrible customer service. I went there one time, got in line, and the kids closed up, just put a sign on the counter and closed, arguing with the guy who was at the front of the line. It wasn't noon or 1 o'clock or any other round number, it was a pretty random time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, that they had to make more pretzels or something, but when I came back later and ordered, the kids who worked there were just rude. They've been rude every time I've gone back since. I won't stop buying food from there on account of that, but it's annoying, nonetheless. They don't have to be nice, people really just want their food, so just neutral would be fine.

The other reviews of this location are absolutely correct. The lady taking orders was extremely rude and unprofessional. I tried to order original pretzel nuggets but the lady rudely informed the line and me that everything on the counter was all they had. The pretzel nuggets themselves are also really expensive. Almost coming put to $10. Will not be returning. Angry lady, if you're reading this, just breathe. It's not that serious.

Auntie Anne's pretzels always taste so good.
