A very good place to stay in Buffalo New York. Food not that great but they do have a Starbucks.

I’ve been here twice now and had incredibly contrasting experiences. I checked out their happy hour, which has solid options, and had gotten the poutine. It was FANTASTIC! Seasoned incredibly well, large portion size that could be split between 2 people, arrived nice and hot as well. Service was really good too, the bartender was attentive and kind. However, I returned a few weeks later to check out their $1 wings deal and regretted it. The sauces were fine, nothing to write home about. My issue was half of them were fine, but the second half? Undercooked. Raw in the center, which you can see in the photo attached. I spoke with the server about the issue, who brought it up with the chef who said they were cooked. And to that I say tell that to my stomach when I was cooped up in the bathroom all night. I hadn’t eaten anywhere else that day as I had been very tired after working a long shift. It was disappointing to have had such a great experience the first time and have the second one end in disaster. In future, I’ll stick to just the poutine.TL;DR: Wings were undercooked and gave me gastroenteritis. However, the poutine is great and worth a try.

Went for Dinner before a show at Shea's. It was a late show (9:30pm) So we had missed the dinner rush but I had made a reservation anyway. Had to wait to be seated, then waited 20minutes still no service so I went to the bar for drinks. Waitress was the rudest waitress I have ever had. We ordered appetizers, she brought them with the dinners. She didn't bring silverware so I asked for some and she told me to "Just give me a minute, okay!" She didn't appear to have any other tables so I really do not know why she was so flustered. She never asked how dinner was or came back to check on us until we were finished. We had to order more drinks from other servers who were walking by, or go to the bar ourselves. I was a server for 20 years in fine dinning. I was appalled at this girl's rudeness. The food was good. Chef did a nice job with the Salmon.

I went there TONIGHT, and was extremely disappointed. The food was disappointing, and the service was worse! My “8 oz” steak was noticeably smaller than any steak I’ve ever had and was severely overcooked. The shrimp tasted funky, and the fries fell flat, almost as if they were the same batch from this morning.BUT still, the worst part was the service. It was excruciatingly slow, which would have been okay on its own, but also extremely inefficient. The waiter, Michael, charged me not only for my table, but also for a completely different table as well! And listen to how I found out…First, I noticed because I brought it to his attention that I was overcharged for my meal. He assured me that I was mistaken, and it was only a temporary hold. While I’m at the bar, waiting for him to double check, I noted that the bill in front of me, INSIDE someone else’s billfold, had my card information on it. Of course, I snatched it right away. He then came back and said everything was fine. I then brought it to his attention that I now had two bills with my card information on them, one for my food and one for a completely different table. At this point, this is after nearly an hour of us waiting for the check to come back, and already accidentally being overcharged. He now tells me I have to wait for his manager, who had earlier told me I had jumped the gun and the charge was fine. The manager(?) who had been nothing but polite at happy hour now came back and was as rude as ever. He told the waiter to help everyone else first because they had been waiting longer (not true) and a line was starting to form from the numerous delays and errors with people’s checks. He then proceeded to speak to the waiter across the bar as if I couldn’t hear him, annoyed at the fact that I had used a coupon for my meal, which had been given to me by the hotel! He kept saying to the waiter that I would just have to come back tomorrow, but refused to acknowledge my actual presence at the bar. Then eventually, he told me he fixed it and didn’t give me a receipt, before eventually going back and charging me for my meal, acting as if him “letting” me use the appetizer voucher from the hotel was a favor he was doing as a courtesy for the inconvenience.Absolutely rude, and my biggest regret was still leaving a 20% tip. . .Long story short, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Went a second time for happy hour and they had changed the menu around, including adding $1 wings during happy hour, which runs from 3 to 6 PM on weekdays. I tried the wings (Cilantro Lime and BBQ), bacon cheeseburger and got a well cocktail. I would've preferred the wings to be a little crispier, but otherwise they were fine. The burger was a real stand out for me, though I was a little disappointed with the french fries.

Went for Happy Hour and was not disappointed. As many times as I'd passed this place, I had never been inside, so it was nice to check out there very open and well lit bar area.I had the burger of the day special ($12) and a flatbread pizza, along with the Grape Cod cocktail ($10), and I enjoyed all of them! The burger was a standout, especially for the price and the cocktail was well-made. Definitely glad I went with the bartenders recommendation on that one.The bar is part of the hotel there, but it’s sort of around the corner so it doesn’t really feel like you’re in the midst of it all which is really nice and being off Main Street, you get some nice views of downtown as well.Definitely a worthwhile spot to check out, be it for a drink or a quick bite before heading off to a show or something else.

Breakfast here was terrific. A great place for a quick meal in downtown Buffalo. They had a buffet and a la carte. I had a good fresh made omelet.

I sat at the bar while I grabbed a drink and waited for a quick takeout. The bartender and service were super friendly and quick! The ambiance is very cozy and relaxing. We stayed at this hotel for a hockey tournament, I wish they'd had room service as an option... the flatbread pizza I got was small for the price, but tasty. The menu was smaller but had some staples to it.

Horrible. Confirmed reservations for a party of 8, over a month beforehand and when we got there, the staff declined us service stating they weren’t doing lunch anymore.. had to find a new place to go last minute.

Every issue I had they handled it expeditiously. Even upgraded my room when I had any inconvenience. Highly recommend this hotel and whenever I come to Buffalo I’m choosing to stay at this location every single time.

Didn't eat there, but the bartenders were both awesome.

The Atrium is a nice place to relax and eat. We sat near the windows to get a wonderful view of downtown.
