Went to Bruegger's for the 1st time since it opened in the former Bagel Jay's on Delaware Ave. The space looked neat and tidy but I wasn't there long enough to really look. This speaks to their service as I placed my order and within 3 minutes it was ready. There was no one in line so that could be why or the workers were doing a great job. I ate my egg, cheese and turkey sausage on an asiago bagel in my car. It was tasty and warm ..very good!. My only complaint...

One of my favorite places to get breakfast! Bagels are always fresh (they really bake them daily - no frozen/reheated here!), eggs are real, coffee is hot & service is quick! Nick gives the place a great vibe- if there is an issue, he's willing to fix it with a smile, the whole team is always on point - great customer service. Bagels are consistently fresh and perfectly toasted! The bagel flavors appealing and diverse as are the cream cheese flavors.
The staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
The prices are perceived as reasonable for the quality and experience.
Parking is free and easily accessibility.
