I'm not from Buffalo but I frequently go there as I have family that lives there. So many go on & on about LaNova but I say TRUST ME & CHOOSE BAILEY AVE PIZZA, I promise u wont be disappointed. (I always bring a pizza bk home with me)

First , we waited over an hour on a non busy night for the worst pizza in Buffalo! ***Pizza no taste, mozzarella cheese was more chewey than gum, BBQ sauce on the wings was mixed with water. It was a watery mess, crust was hard and not fresh or flavorful, pizza sauce had no flavor, I spent 63.00 for this stuff. When I called to complain the woman cut me off and put me on hold and never returned.I would here again if it was the last pizza place in Buffalo.

I don't even remember the lady's names but on October 5th around 9 pm Now only were they professional but they literally know what they're doing. My food was so amazing that I actually called them to thank the ladies. OMG!! I had a tuna sub and it was so amazing. Anytime I call and order food no matter what it is if the ladies answer the phone I know I'm going to be good.

I order a whole steak sub and fries the fries were so nasty greasy and burn i would have never served them my steak hygiene was disgusting that was not real steak didn't taste like steak never again I would never complain but it was not good

Love the pizza but both times I’ve tried their wings, they’ve been very dry / overcooked. I’d advise against ordering wings here
Pizza is amazing. Be patient about the limited parking. Staff is always friendly. Tip in cash.

I have heard good and bad things but I needed something that was close to where I had to be so bailey pizza it was. I went in to order, the woman behind the counter was friendly, very nice. I ordered a half pizza; double cheese, regular pepperoni. I placed my order it was done on time took the food home. The pizza was a greasy sloppy mess. I tasted nothing but grease. There was extra cheese thrown on the pizza on top of the pepperoni. There was no flavor on the pizza other than grease. I ate half of one slice, the rest of the pizza went in the trash this morning. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PIZZA IVE EVER HAD.
I will add I love pizza and can make anything work but I couldnt eat this.

The slices still big they decent but like 2 years ago and they had the best slices around and whole prize it seem like they changed the pepperonis and used to have way more cheese on on this slices last time I ordered a whole box I ordered double cheese double pepperoni and it didn't have that on it it's like one of the regular boxes I've been eating pizza from there back when it was leonardi's so I know good pizza believe me I know one it ain't right especially when you pay extra money for ingredients and you didn't get them and they never straightened it out🍕

Ordered a sheet pizza and a 2 liter online. Their online system has you order through a 3rd party. When the driver got to me he only had my 2 liter and no pizza. I call the store they were unhelpful and have zero customer service skills and pretty much trash. I not have to dispute a $60 charge with my bank because of their nonsense. I will never order from here again!!!!
