Can’t place an order for pick up or delivery even though the site shows me I have a day and ten hours left to do so.

I love Balanced Body because it makes it so easy to eat healthy when I don't have time for meal prep. The employees who work here are also so friendly when I stop in to pick up meals.

The owner of this shop was extremely rude didn’t greet me when coming in and she had an attitude as she made my order. She threw the straw and, drink on the counter instead of handing it to me. Drink was nasty and the food was bland. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

How am I going to pay 50 dollars for shipping for bagels and by the time it comes to my door all the products are warm! It is outrageous that I paid so much and they can’t keep frozen by the time it gets here. Other company can do it and for a lot less shipping I won’t be buying from them again.

Our family has been using Balanced Body foods for about 7-8 months now and we love them. They are easy convenient, and they taste delicious. My personal favorite is the Mexican Taco Bowl. I recommend these meals because they are portion controlled, with recommended amounts of carbs, fat, and protein. They are calorie controlled so they fit into any diet plan. These meals have helped me lose almost 60 pounds in over a year. I recommend them to everyone.

Got in line to order something was first in line and the owner asked me to move so that someone who was looking at items could cash out first(white) despite me being in line first. Then had a whole attitude when taking my order. Got my shake normally filled to top of cup it was 3/4full and at that price my cup Better be full so I asked her to remake it also bc it didn’t look to my liking she had a attitude. Then the lid was also broke on my cup. Been going here for the last 4yrs+ and don’t think I will return bc owners attitude made me feel like my money and service wasn’t appreciated nor welcomed. Lost a long time customer today.

I have been getting the Balanced Body foods for a few months now. It is very helpful while at work because eating out can be so pricey and is not healthy, and I just don't have a lot of time to meal prep for the whole week. I have to say that I moved over from a different prepared foods vendor and I can say that I wish I had found these foods sooner! The food is so fresh, correctly portioned, delicious and has so much variety! I hate getting the same thing over and over so it is great to see new menu items consistently. I have to say that I don't think I have had a meal I didn't like. I will rave about a few though - Backyard chicken is just so good. The chicken is tasty and the sweet potato fries and zucchini are so good with it. I am having the Chicken gyro right now and it is delicious. I love the Bang Bang chicken, fire cracker chicken and the chicken parm pizza. I have a turkey chili sitting in my fridge for tomorrow that I can't wait to try. The spaghetti and meatballs was great too.

I also have to say that their little cheesecake desserts are wonderful. They aren't that sweet but sweet enough to give you the little sweet you might be craving.

You’re not open during posted hours. There is no sign posted to indicate a change in hours. This is a pattern of behavior.

Yesterday I went in and waited 20 minutes to place my order with one customer ahead of me. You let an employee with NO training work alone on her first shift, and she could not make a shake in 20 minutes let alone process a gift card payment. This is extremely poor.

Don’t bother taking money from hardworking people if you can’t be bothered to respect our time. I’m an engineer and give back to this community; what it is that you do?

Edit: I gave the owner 3 stars (instead of 1 star) to reflect the effort to remediate. As I mentioned, however, this is a pattern; I have visited another time when the store was not open during business hours (I live around the corner, walk by every day).

And the day prior to my initial review, I had to wait 20 minutes to place an order because a staff member was left alone, without proper training, on her first shift.

Assuming things are consistent upon future visits, glad to update to a higher score. But trust is earned with time, not purchased with a $10 gift card.

I like the rotating menu but also the meals that are always available. Always tastes great!

I love ordering from Balanced Body. The meals make it so easy to grab and go every day. I also love the protein bars! My favorite meal is definitely the Mexican Bowl!
