My go-to! Been ordering from here since they opened in 2018. Always consistent, always fresh, always delicious. I’ve tried every local meal prep in WNY and you cannot beat the value and quality of Balanced Body.
This place has the best protein bagels you'll ever find. Great macros and so many different flavor options to choose from. The meal prep meals are tasty and use high quality ingredients! I love that they use high quality ingredients. All meals/bagels are great stored in freezer for longer lasting.
