Awesome experience
We absolutely love coming to Barkology. My dogs know where we are going as soon as we leave the house. Everyone from the workers and other pet parents are super friendly. I have never had a terrible experience. I can only say good things!! I recommend Barkology to every dog owner I come across
The last few interactions that I’ve had at this establishment have been very triggering and make me feel targeted and treated unfairly compared to other paying customers. The policy is that your dog has to be friendly and socialize. My dog is both of those things however the rule state that no outside toys are allowed, yet the establishment has balls, not enough for all of the dogs, but just a few that they are a hot commodity that all the dogs would want them. My dog loves the balls and we sometimes have seven big dogs twice a size chasing after him to get the ball back from him and he reacts however, my dog ends up always being the singled out, despite the dogs chasing him being aggressive/rough playing. I attended a foam party (that was over capacity, with there being too many humans standing on the green area along with about 30 dogs) It was very overstimulating for both humans and pet. The workers who are normally walking around with spray bottles to monitor dog behaviors weren’t doing their jobs. So I took it upon myself to follow my dog around with a spray bottle to correct anything that I thought might’ve been negative because he was being chased constantly by other dogs and in Dog fashion he may react to this. We decided to go inside where he would have less stimulation and there was about five other dogs in there and one guy who worked there possibly because he had a shirt on with the barkology logo on it with two bulldogs and he was playing fetch with them. My dog was chasing this man’s dog and his dog was doing a good job of boxing my dog out so he couldn’t get the ball. I asked the guy if my dog was bothering him he said “no my dog loves this and your dog is not getting the ball from mine” and laughed it off. So I stayed seated because the interaction seemed to be OK. And my dog was in close proximity to me when this happened. Another One of the workers came over and told me to put my dog on a leash. Which I know is not a part of the rules for this company because having a dog on a leash would cause tension with the other dogs that are not on a leash, which is one of their rules. Even the guy with bulldogs and the barkology logo on said the same thing. So I volunteered to leave. I pulled the owner aside to talk to her about the situation because I was feeling hurt and targeted because I've felt singled out in the last couple times I’ve visited, with the other owner's dogs not also being addressed about similar behavior being displayed. I thought I could have a conversation with the owner to explain how I was feeling and instead she got defensive and told me that she saw my dog get aggressive five times and saw me just sitting they’re not doing anything about it(which is a lie) Yet if that were true, then why wouldn’t she have intervened after the first time why was she waited five times for it to happen again if that were accurate. Instead of listening to me, she wanted to be argumentative and told me to name all the other times. So I've recalled them: Today, my friend who came with her dog was charged $16 for the foam party, and I was changed $30 (she is not a member and was also surprised she was charged less). My friend also was confused as to why my dog was asked to be put on a leash because her dog had been chasing every new dog that entered the play area and was barking aggressively at those dogs. My dog has been in the past humped incessantly by another dog and My dog is told to have a break, even though the rules stated if your dog humps they will be asked to leave....that dog/owner were not asked to leave. My dog has been chased constantly by other dogs trying to get balls from him, and staff have not intervened, only if its the other way around. I didn't like that the owner couldn't take the time to listen to me without throwing accusations at me, however, from reading other reviews I can tell accepting accountability, criticism and feedback is not her strength.
Employees who work here are incredibly rude and not thoughtful of other dog owners. Someone who claimed to be employed by this business had the audacity to take their tiny small dog into the large side of a dog park, then proceed to tell me I was in the wrong because my large dog was nervous by their small dog! I would never trust anyone who would be so rude and thoughtless. If that’s the kind of people this place would hire, I’d be scared to find out how they treat animals when you’re not looking!
We were visiting in Buffalo and took our pups, which is where our brother in law takes his dog Preston. This is a great place for dogs to play. The dog owners were friendly and the dogs had fun playing together ❤️
Been going here for 3 years now, we get yearly passes. The price has gone up over the years and I hope it stops where it’s at (or offer a multi dog discount or something), but I’m still giving this place 5 stars. It’s clean, well lit, the attendants help keep an eye on things with you so you can treat this place like a social space. I work from home so this is a needed outing for both the dogs and myself every week. Staff is friendly and helpful (I’ve never been so thankful for someone helping me clean up dog vomit), every dog has their shots checked and they have a strict policy against aggressive dogs to keep the place safe. Fantastic in the winter especially, the indoor space is heated and outside kept shoveled for potty breaks. Solid recommendation, if you can afford it.
Wonderful clean area to take your dogs. Inside and out. With bar and restroom. Games at bar area. Dogs love it!
Bailey and II really enjoyed our first visit to Barkology. Everybody was so nice.
This is an amazing place to bring your dog! The staff is attentive and the atmosphere is great. Our dog loved playing and we loved the drinks!
Great place for both dogs and people to socialize. Great staff.

I happened to bring my pup there for the first time on their 4 year anniversary and it was probably more crowded than usual. I met up with my friend, her daughter and her daughter’s dog. It was a blast my dog had a great time, it was clean, there were employees on site watching the dogs interact and getting involved when needed. Can’t wait to go back 🥰
This place is so cute and the people are lovely.
We had a great experience at Barkology until our dog was accidentally bit by another dog. It happened within 5 mins of our arrival. Our dog was very happy to be there it was his favorite place to be. He had been going there for about 6 months since he was 5 or 6 months old. We went regularly during that time to socialize him. However, they allow unsocialized dogs into their facility. It only took one experience gone bad for my dog to go from a very social happy pup into the very same dog that snapped at him. They have a no aggressive policy, however it seems they don’t deem a dog aggressive until something bad happens and even then they may still allow that dog to come back if they think it was a freak accident. However, this dog had a history according to its owner and I was told they had been going to training. From my experience I don’t think this dog was ready for the amount of social energy at Barkology and now I have been experiencing the long term effects of this one bad reaction. I feel like my dog will never be the same. Even after seeing a a trainer and a year later I feel like I will not get the same social dog back. It will be a long process for him to get him back to trusting other dogs and possible he might not. If you go to Barkology you must know you are still taking a risk like you would any other dog park. The place is too small for the amount of dog energy. A small space can be too overstimulating to dogs with alot of energy and dogs who are not social.
Ina loves Barkology! We always feel confident bringing our pup to this park. The staff is always very diligent about making sure all dogs are comfortable and that everyone is playing well together. Ina has made tons of doggy and human friends, and always sleeps soundly when we get home. Highly recommend!
If you want an indoor dog park this is the one. The staff are really diligent about cleaning up messes and correcting bad behaviors. The staff monitored everyone's dogs to watch for aggressive play. They are also well organized as far as making sure dogs go out to potty first, and they monitor the gates that people enter and leave through.
Don't have a dog? That's ok! You can go have a drink at their bar. I would go just to use their super clean restroom!
Playground: There were two agility ramps and Chuck it balls in the play area. No outside toys or treats are permitted.
Restrooms: Super clean! Updated!
Dog-friendliness: The staff monitor the dogs and do a behavior check before entering the play area.
