I called and ordered goat curry for pick up around 8pm before they closed I was told pick up in 15mins came at 8:30pm to pick it up and took it home I got home in 5mins when I opened the curry it smelled old and tasted nasty if I could give 0stars I would don’t come here

The food quality here has gotten even worse than before. It was hotter, but not in a good way— it seemed like they were just trying to cover up how bad the food actually is.
To make matters worse, the customer service was terrible. The staff were rude and made the whole experience frustrating. The atmosphere is also far from inviting, especially for kids and women. It feels uncomfortable, and the vibe is just off.
We are a regular customer of their evening deshi snacks as it’s very close to my home. However food is ok. I must not say it’s best or worst …it’s ok & edible always. The main issue is their customer service. They see me at least 5/6 times in a month so I guess I am kinda known face, but never get a smiley greetings ever ! Always disturbed & rude . Seems like I go there for stealing or annoying them. The owner is always extremely rude to me & others too ! Also He do very bad behave to his employees in front of the customer too ! The owner lady also getting rude now a days ! In my last visit he showed his common rudeness to me….& I feel like this is over . Never ever going there anymore. Everything has a limit & the man just crossed that ! I am a very polite & gentle as a person . Never show my anger to others . Always positive even when people do something wrong with me . But his behavior just broke my patience . I didn’t said anything to him but decided stop going there. Good bye .
By all means, if you drink tea in Bali, check the cup

What a dreadful experience. The goat biryani I got was undercooked and had grainy, inedible rice. When I bought it up, the cashier had the nerve to claim this is how all biryani is made, as if people from other cultures who eat rice daily don't know what properly cooked rice is. Multiple people pointed out the problem, but he was dismissive and rude, asking me what he was supposed to do about it. They eventually gave me a new biryani, but I won’t be coming back. This place needs to get its act together and stop treating customers like they're stupid. Terrible service.
