The server and assistant server were very slow. To the point where we ate our appetizers still holding onto our menus because they hadn't taken our order yet for a meal. Then we had to wait 20 minutes to track the server down to order dessert. And we had to go send someone to find him to get our check.
This was our first visit to the Black & Blue . Nice atmosphere, great service, outstanding meals made it a wonderful experience. We will be back. Thank you.
Very good service and food. I loved the ambiance. This will be my favorite restaurant to go when visiting Buffalo.
Service was mid at best. Waiter had to be asked to tell us the specials and we were never asked if we wanted more beverages.
We were celebrating my wife's birthday. Food was excellent. Service was wonderful, Chris is so friendly and welcoming!
Our server was fantastic and food was delicious. The Wagyu was fantastic and the lobster bucatini was yummy.
Experience was great. First time at the restaurant. We did not have to wait long at all for our server Chris to come to place drink and appetizer order. We ordered quickly and did not have to wait long for our food. Food was Delicious and Chris came by multiple times to check on us. Chris even brought my daughter a free Birthday dessert.
We go here for our anniversary every year and it never disappoints. Their crab cake is our favorite and I'm so glad they added the Australian wagyu steak. Megan and Dom were amazing. The service is top notch. This is one of my favorite restaurants.
It was our first time eating at Black & Blue and were impressed with the experience. The food was enjoyable by everyone in our party. I mentioned to my husband that it reminded me of being on a cruise ship dining room.
Not great. Service was way below par. Absentee waiter who wasn't very knowledgeable with the products he was serving. Average 20 minute wait on all drinks and wine orders. Stay away from the Austrian Wagu steaks. Our Waiter recommended the Wagu and truthfully the Kansas city bone in Strip was much better quality and flavor. The Wagu were very dry and hardly any flavor. Didn't help mine was overcooked. Asked for Medium Rare and was served medium heavy. No rush to go back.

Andreas was amazing and very attentive . I would absolutely request him as a waiter . The meal was outstanding..... haven't been in a decade and would be my first choice for a nice dinner from the value to the ambiance . Highly recommend
I took my Grandson to celebrate is sixteenth birthday. You made it a very special and memorable experience for him. Thank you!
It was an Ok experience but not what we expected. We ordered Calamari, steak and chicken with sides. Calamari was very oily and clumped. Steak was not what we ordered (They brought well done while we ordered medium well). Chicken, sides and Service were good.
Overall the experience was amazing. While my husband and I felt the portion sizes for the sides was a bit small for the price when we were told it could feed a few people. We loved our steaks, honestly some of the best steaks we have had.
Our dinners were delicious. I was only disappointed that no one noticed that my iced tea glass was empty. The glass was quite full of ice, so there was not really a full glass of tea. The waitress' helper asked if we wanted a bread refill; that is when I could ask for more tea.
