Sorry to see this location leaving Buffalo. Will have to drive to Rochester to get my Bespoke Bourbon Cream and other spirits.

I went here for the very first time with some family after we went ice skating. I walked in and its a little small but it wasn't crowded at all so it was absolutely perfect. I only had one drink as they are a bit pricey ($9 -$11 depending what you get), and they also aren't very big though that is what you expect when ordering a fancy cocktail. I went with their seasonal one - peppermint patty. It was absolutely delicious!! I loved it, and my family all really enjoyed what they ordered as well. My sister in law ordered their root beer float one which was definitely the best! It was so good we bought a bottle of their bourbon cream and picked up some root beer to make our own at home for Christmas time! Tasted almost exact, highly recommend. And to throw in a little tip- if you check in and order a bottle of their bourbon cream they offered a free box of their bourbon cream chocolates when checking in on Yelp!

I applaud this distillery for their grain to glass policy. The full process of malt to mash and fermentation- then distillation and a long aging seems to be unknown to the typical visitors. They should appreciate that multi step process and the exceptional professionals that can successfully manage it to a fine spirit over those who are "sourcing" a finished product and putting their label on it

This visit was a short one but I still loved the place! Order the pretzel sticks, the mustard and cheese dip are very good, wish they sold it in a jar! Would def visit again!

We were here for the date night from 5pm-7pm. For $25 you get a tasting, a charcuterie board and a drink. Great deal! But....according to their website they were sold out but we were the only group in there for awhile. I wouldn’t trust the website if you are interested in going to an event there.

Nice taste testing. Drinks was good. Although the bourbon cream is cheaper at the liquor store by $10.

High quality spirts ! We arrived on Dec 7th at noon . Our bartender was top notch , she was very knowledgeable about the products , friendly and fun ...really made us feel at home . The downside is that the place is very small so we would never go back during a bust time of day . Otherwise a our visit was great.

My husband and I came on a Sunday because I had a Groupon for a spirit flight and a free cocktail. I have tried their liquor while out and about in Buffalo, my favorite being their apple pie moonshine, so I knew we were in for a treat. Parking was $10, so my husband and I nixed that. He dropped me off at the door and parked somewhere else. I was glad he did that because I'm disabled and the day was frigid. I went in by myself and talked to the bartender, who was personable and polite. My husband soon joined me and we started our flight. It started off with their citrus forward gin, which I didn't like. Next was the apple moonshine, which is sweet and full of flavor. Then, the bourbon cream, which I adored for it's brilliant taste. Finally, we had the regular bourbon as we looked at the cocktail list. I decided to get one called pucker up, which had muddled cherries and bourbon in it. I liked it's sweet/sour composition, but couldn't taste the bourbon cherry juice that it was made with. My husband got a delicious cocktail that was made with almond and bourbon cream. Every sip he gave me was nectar of the gods, basically. We ended up buying something ($5 off with the Groupon) and leaving shortly afterward. I love it here though and will be happy to return, probably for the next Harry Potter trivia (seriously, I RSVP'D for that). I think everyone from Buffalo should try this business at least once.

One of my favorite places to visit when in Buffalo. Good drinks, friendly staff, always worth the visit. The place is pretty small inside, but has a fair sized covered patio, which was the perfect place to sit on a nice Saturday evening. One negative here is the location with only street parking available. The liquor here is impressive. I did the bourbon tasting, and then had an old fashioned. Both were very good. My wife had a couple different cocktails, but was also a big fan of the bourbon cream, which is like Bailey's, but much better. The impressive part of the bourbon cream, is that my wife usually hates the taste and smell of bourbon, but bought a bottle of this. The bourbon here is good. I can't comment on the other liquors, as I am a bourbon guy. My wife enjoyed the cocktails she had with some of the different liquors. Definitely worth a stop for a drink or two.

Went here for a friend's birthday. We had a fairly large group. We did a tasting and ordered cocktails. During the tasting a staff member described each item we were tasting and ideas for how to mix the spirit/drink ideas. Their bourbon cream is amazing and the apple pie moonshine. I ordered a Manhattan, their bourbon is very smooth. Great place to relax and enjoy cocktails.
