A culinary adventure! Such a unique and cool dining experience. Food is DELISH and creative, staff make it feel so welcoming and personal, and the ambiance is hip and chill. I needed my husband to “hold my hand but not talk” during dessert…it was a party in my mouth. I have been there twice and left giddy with ‘food joy’ both times. Will definitely go back again for another special night out!

The chef at Black Iron Bystro is extremely talented and very welcoming - just let him know in advance when you book a table that you are vegan and he'll whip something up. This sophisticated, fine dining restaurant occasionally has theme dinners and we went to their Vegetarian Dinner, which turned out to be wholly vegan. Nirvana!! The cocktails were complex and delicious; the wines paired perfectly with the food and were ones we had never had before; and the food was amazing...

Having eaten at many of the more acclaimed and established restaurants in Buffalo over the years, I have come to the conclusion that Black Iron Bystro is my new favorite restaurant in this area.

The food here is clearly prepared with creativity, care and passion. It has a fusion vibe, with some unusual and fun combinations both times we have been there. Vegetarian substitutions are just as good as the regular dishes. The quality of ingredients is very high,...
