Came in for a quick chicken finger slice and the slice was so stell I was so hungry and disappointed those slices had to be in there all day even the chicken was hard and the dough was tough to chew.

This is the second time I’ve gotten food to go and it’s been wrong. Lesson learned to check your order before you leave. It was not busy at all, I ordered a 5 piece chicken finger with fries, 3 bbq pieces and 2 plain with extra blue cheese, as it already is suppose to come with blue cheese. I get home to find 3 small containers of some kind of sauce, no blue cheese at all. Maybe when you ask for bbq fingers they give you the sauce of their choice rather than making them with sauce on them. Won’t be getting food from them anymore.

Ordered two lunch specials subs online, when I picked up the subs the person at the counter was very rude and short with me when giving me my order, then I got home to find out my subs weren't even made right. If you're going to be standoffish at least make sure you put the right stuff on their food. Oh and a $3 service charge for an online order for pickup is also a huge ripoff

Placed an order for pick up with 1 hour till closing, when we arrived to pick up the order the order was wrong, and when we asked to get it corrected they refused and ignored our request due to the “Kitchen being closed”. When I made attempt to call they answered then hung up.

I ordered a GF pizza from another local pizzaria, which typically only come in a personal size. The pizza I picked up was $35.00. I can’t justify $35 for a personal pizza which was also made incorrectly. Base Price was $18 I ordered 3 toppings. Taking it to $35. INSANE!!! I didn’t even open the box I returned it and got my money back after reading the receipt. Enter Blasdell Pizza to the rescue And I got a gluten-free crust pizza with a base price of $15 I ordered five toppings and it came to $16 and some change I can’t stress enough how important it is to not gouge people on topping prices especially when they’re paying a little bit more for gluten-free crust. The pizza was amazing. Becca at the counter was extremely kind and great service by can’t say enough about this location
We used to order from here often and it had been a while so we figured we would order today. Wings were great but the subs not so much. There was barely any lettuce or mayo on both subs and my husband's was missing the cheese as and barely had any ham on it. I noticed before writing this review that others have reviewed recently that they too noticed the ingredients were getting skimpy. The prices have definitely increased as have most places but the quality has gone down.

The food gets more expensive with less and less ingredients! Blasdell Pizza has gone down hill from years ago, used to love their food, new owners! My son loves the steak pizza, only reason I order from there. Oh and the fries? Burger King are better, for real!

Get 2 tacos night of eclipse. Has some hard pieces like burnt or ever microwave.they resolved problem with 2 tacos to replace them my next order. Next day ordered a stinger sub, which was steaming hot when delivered. Was delicious btw. The 2 replacements tacos were better but both were stone cold. Didn't call. Just sad.
