Ordered a chicken souvlaki wrap and a steak and cheese sub. 25min was the amount of time given for the order. When I arrived the steak sub was hot but the chicken souvlaki came with a side of fries that were cold. Too cold for me to eat. The chicken souvlaki wrap wasn't seasoned enough for me to want to try anything else on the menu. The steak sub lacked seasoning as well. If you want mediocre food, this is your place! I won't be back.

First, I ordered a pizza online through their website and was charged a $3 service fee that didn't show until after the payment processed. Second, it didn't give me an estimated pickup time, but it did have an order status that stayed on "in preparation" for over an hour. I finally decided to just go and see how long it would be, just to be told it had been sitting there for over 45 minutes. So I got cold and greasy overpriced food, because there was absolutely no communication that my food was ready. Not a call, email, text, or even an update on their website. Blasdell used to be my favorite pizza spot, but each time I order from there lately it's been horrible; food and service. Tonight's the last time I order from there. There's plenty of pizzerias in South Buffalo with better.

I've been living on Edson street for 3 years and I've been ordering from this restaurant for 3 years and there always wherr decent people I've never had a problem out of them until last night. I don't know how long they've been doing this to people. But their night shift has been scamming people out of their orders. I just had to make a police report last night. I called to check on my order an kept saying I got instead checking with the delivery guy to see if he delivered when i called the cops when he refused my refund soon as i got on my phone with the cops the guy behind the counter started yellin into my phone so that it would sound like there was a conflict am i was being aggressive he looked really nervous to like he knows he caught So guys be aware if your order don't show up or you call and try to check on it. And they hang up or the do weird stuff like not call an check on your order Just know that you're being scammed in case they don't fire those people. But I believe they will be fired hopefully.

Awful service. The counter girls are ALWAYS rude and have an attitude and relay the wrong information about an orders wait time. Food took FOREVER!!!!! They can't keep track of any of the orders. They were rude to a middle eastern man waiting for an order and he ended up waiting for over 25 minutes. Insanely crappy service The food is honestly meh, you can get better and cheaper at another place. The floor is always sticky everywhere. Parking sucks. Go some place else

Whoever was making subs 11/27/22 was making em bomb. ?Edit: we've tried chasing the chicken finger dragon twice now and were disappointed both times. Whoever made the subs that one day no longer works there and subs are not worth it. Chicken finger sub from 1/19/23 was missing about half of the amount of chicken as usual.
Too bad. First time delivering. I work from home, delivery instructions say: leave on table in hall. Delivery man calls. I told him I am working on phone, can you please leave it on table inside hallway? He said yes. He leaves food on ground outside on porch. Food wet on bottom and cold, missing pip. I call, pop delivered outside, spilled all over. HUGE FAIL. Carbones and Artones get it right. Blasedell said delivery driver cannot come inside entry hall! There is beyond home front door, a front hall with my door and door to upstairs. No one is coming in. But leaving food on the wet cold porch is allowed

Food at Blasdel Pizza has become a joke. This used to be our all time favorite in West Seneca and it has severely gone down hill. We ordered BBQ chicken fingers and they were hard as a rock. We asked for a knife to cut the fingers and they had no knives, instead they gave us a pizza cutter, even that was a struggle to cut through the fingers. Of course our toddlers couldn’t even eat their plain chicken fingers. On top of that they had no BBQ sauce, instead they gave us sweet chili sauce on our fingers. How do you not have bbq? The sauce wouldn’t have mattered so much if the actual chicken fingers were good. Our plastic forks were breaking trying to eat at this place. No customer service. No prices or menus on display. We didn’t have the patience to stay and let them know about our experience because no one was at the counter anyway. Such a shame from what it used to be. Moral of the story we are done with this place and do not recommend for families. ?
