I placed an order on the Boston Market website for pickup and it said my order would be ready by 7:40pm. I got here at that time and the place was closed, no one in sight. They took my money already and there’s absolutely no way to get ahold of anyone, the buildings number is a busy tone and even through the company customer service number I had to leave a message and hope someone calls me back. Now I’m out money for dinner tonight and I’ll have to call my bank and dispute the charge tomorrow because I doubt I’ll hear back from anyone.

Lousy staff, even worse is the food. Never mind during the dinner hour they can't even put out half the menu, they can't even refill the ice machine. They'll sell you the large cup for a pop out of the machine so you can enjoy a nice, warm pop with no ice. Fugginidiots every last one of them. Close the place. Obviously nobody wants to work there and the one's that do, nobody else would hire. Pathetic in every category. They get one star out of 5. I tried to leave zero, but then I wouldn't have been able to leave this great review.

If I could give zero stars all around I could. I've lost count of how many times this place has angered me. Got a BOGO coupon by email so wanted to use it. Online ordering wasn't working. Which isn't unusual because it hasn't worked for me in months. I get there a little after 6:00 wanting 2 turkey meals. They don't have turkey. Again. I've lost count of how many times they haven't had that too.So that was the last straw. I will never ever go back there again. No amount on a gift card from the manager will get me to come back either. I'm honestly surprised they're still open. It's a shame because I really used to like Boston Market.

My experiences here are always great and my belly is always satisfied. I drive here from Toronto and I wish I could eat here every day. The chicken is always delicious, perfectly tender and fresh. The corn delicious, the spinach, omg so good!!!! I love this place. The staff are always friendly. I’m so hungry right now! If I had one wish it would be to have a quarter chicken meal with corn, mashed potatoes, spinach. Ugh so good!

This is a pretty amazing version of "fast food". If you don't have time but need an actual dinner this is the place. Food is pretty decent considering the speed at which it is produced.I recommend forgoing the meals and buying ala carte if you have a big family. Example a meatloaf meal is 11 bucks, so is a WHOLE MEATLOAF.Fast delicious food options, friendly service and lots of gravy on the side.

This place was nice when it opened 20 years ago. But it hasn't been cleaned since then and everything that breaks is left as it is. The drive through smells like sewage, and often doesn't work. When you go inside you first have to walk past a beeping alarm in the entryway. The place is not well lit and there is quite a bit of grime. To top it off, they almost never have what you want to order in stock. I used to stop here when I wanted a step up from fast food, but this place isn't even on par with the burger king across the street.

This might be the worst service I ever received. 4/1/23 at 1 pm is the last day I will ever spend my money with Boston Market. The guy and girl behind the counter needed to finish their conversation before even acknowledging me. I just walked out and the guy seemed happy to run off the only customer in the building. Great job. I'm so glad inflation is through the roof because companies are forced to pay these useless people outrageous wages they don't earn or deserve. Stay away. It's garbage food anyway.

Why have all of this stuff on the menu but not actually have it? Customer service is a joke also. The only thing they do is apologize. On top of that, I get to work and go to eat my dinner and of course they didn't put cornbread in the bag. What a waste. Just close if you don't have supply. This is actually the 2nd time in 2 weeks that I have been there and they didn't have anything but rotisserie chicken ???

Ordered door dash last night with 2 meat, veggies and drink. Asked for chicken, ribs, spinach and sweet potatoes. ONLY meat available was chicken. I received 8 pieces of chicken, corn and rice. Needless to say it wasn't what I wanted or ordered.
The workers legit look like convicts. We ordered s couple of dinners, pulled up to the drive thru window and just kept going. The window was filthy, the girl working had her fro all out, her shirt was wild dirty. She had her face covered but I bet her teeth were just as dirty as her shirt. I wouldn't recommend unless you want hair and a possible East side attitude from the wonderful, hygienic employees.

This location never has any food. I don't know if it is bad management or poor corporate decisions. Either way supply it with food or shut it down it isn't making any money this way. I use to bring food home that was like a home cooked meal for my kids but now I try to get food there twice in two months and once it was closed due to no food.
