Had a reservation for Tuesday evening,when we arrived the restaurant was shuttered . There was a sign on the door saying they were closed. This company didn't even have the decency to notify people with reservations that they were closing . Maybe treating people this way is one of the reasons they failed in this area twice .

Had resos today. Phone said business is closed. New York is no longer listed as a location. Guess I shouldn't have waited 20 years to go

Me and my brother came here to eat recently. While the food was incredible, the service was subpar. Our waiter was nice, but it took ages for us to get our food and the check, and it wasn't even busy. We must have waited 15 minutes to pay the bill, and another 15 to get our card back. I love bravo but they could definitely work on their service!

This has been one of my favorite places until today. I show up to grab a bite to eat and get some work done, to find out the bar is closed (which is where I always sit). So if there's anyone looking to visit and grab a nice cocktail with your lunch, today apparently isn't the day to pick Bravo!

Great Italian food! I recommend the spaghetti bolognaise, it’s amazing ! Good service and atmosphere.

Took my Mother for dinner after I raved about this place. What a disappointment!It was not super busy but we had to wait. I get it. Staffing shortage. People around us got seated after us yet they were waited on first. Finally someone near our table and he advised us it was not his table but he would get someone for us. He continued to have lots of laughs and good times with the table across from us. Finally he made his way back over to wear the servers were. She came over. She was new and poor girl seems a little lost. But she smiled and was friendly. She took our order. My mom decided to use the bathroom. What a disaster. Unflushed Dirty toilets. Looked like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile. No paper towels or toilet paper. Thankfully she has her own paper products. She was utterly disgusted. She came back to table. Thankfully the food was decent. We didn't get our bread until we were 3/4 done with our food. Not sure I will return. It's a shame as it used to be a favorite place to go.

First time at bravos had to wait over an hour and 15 minutes to get our dinner after placing order out of everything short staffed waitress was running wild because had too many tables it was just terrible will never return

I am writing this as a follow up to my earlier review . First I want to again state, that there was no problem with the food. Since my initial review ,I have been contacted by the area vice president and he is taking my comments very seriously and working on the problems. I was pleased to know that the the company takes customers comments seriously and is working on bringing the restaurant back to its high standards . I would hate to see it leave the area again. I thought every one should know the positive and not just the negative.

My girlfriend and I eat at Bravo often.The food is always superb as it was tonight . The problem was the service . It was terrible.The server took our order and then the salad was delivered by someone else and then the main course by someone else again . When we saw her again we asked for coffee. She brought cold coffee twice . The first time she actually told us that it was probably cold and not fresh . She said try it and if it's not hot I'll go make a fresh pot. She then left to go make a fresh pot . She was back in minutes and it was again not fresh . We never saw her again until I had to track her down to get our check and again to give her the payment. As a side note,while we sitting on the veranda , a stranger came up to us and asked how the service was. He informed us that the last time he was here it was terrible and he had to wait 35 minutes to get his food and he never got bread . We told him the food was great and he should give the restaurant another try. We then saw him enter and get a table, hoping his service was better than ours . This was very discouraging as we really loved this restaurant.

After finding out the Cheesecake Factory had a 30 minute wait, we wandered over here and got seated immediately. Restaurant is as nice and clean. Service was average, no complaints. I found the bread delicious... a little crisp and buttery, soft and warm inside, with a flavorful dipping oil. Our entrees we both agreed we're average ... I ordered the shrimp Alfredo and my friend a spaghetti with red sauce. I would probably try something different next time.

Had a great time! Server was great! There was a 30-min wait time even on a weekday so plan accordingly! I recommend making reservation ahead of time. Entrance from inside and outside the Walden Galleria mall.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pastas are available.

Food was amazing! I had the filet with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Steak was exactly med rare, as I ordered. Service was friendly, quick and accurate. I ate at the bar, as seating was kinda slow. Many tables open, but still a 40 min wait, most likely due to a lack of servers. Not anything against the restaurant, just a fact. I wouldn't let that discourage me from coming again.

I always appreciate a good Italian restaurant. I love the atmosphere and both food and drinks are very good. They are short staffed but they make up with their charismatic wait staff (at least Sharif was). He's a very good waiter and has a wonderful personality. I hope I got your name right! It gets you away from the hectic vibrancy of the mall at least for a little bit.

With it being my families first time to this restaurant I left very impressed with the food that we got from apps to main course, everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection, food was amazing the service was friendly and sweet the restaurant itself was very clean great visit all around, I would ignore any bad reviews it was worth every penny spent.
