First of all let's give 5 stars to Mitchell. This young man must have a PHD in Customer Service. I was a customer on 11/15. I was celebrating my birthday with my Scorpio twin. We were joined by 2 of our other female friends. The service was flawless: from remembering everyone's name at my table plus the surrounding tables, always checking in never having to look for him.He personalized the entire dining experience. Always smiling and laughing along with us. He maintained his level of professionalism, while still being friendly. Ladies and gentlemen the MAESTRO of Customer Service was definitely in the building. Let's not forget Kyle thank you for ALWAYS making sure my glasses were always full. I truly appreciate your politeness. Thank you. Robin

The best Delmonico Steak I ever had in my life. Probably the most expensive restaurant in Buffalo, but you get what you pay for.
Everything was delicious.
Laura and Channel were personable and professional

Amazing!!! We have gone to many steak houses around the country. The strip steak and filet mignon were outstanding! We also ordered meatballs and shrimp tempura, the mash and broccolini. The chocolate cake was to die for. What sealed the deal was the waitress, she was so attentive and professional. Our new fav spot

Food is not the same the steaks aren’t seared they’re just covered in pepper. You can find 5 steakhouses that can do better by far for the price you pay here it’s not worth it. Lucia’s Russel’s Kennedys cove are all easier choices for me

This is the best steak I've ever had in the US, especially their Delmonico Steak—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, absolutely delicious!

A World-Class Dining Experience in Buffalo
I’ve had the privilege of dining at Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, so I wasn’t sure what to expect coming to Buffalo. As someone who tends to draw attention, I admit I was a bit hesitant at first — I wanted my family and me to enjoy a quiet evening without feeling watched or out of place. We dressed down intentionally, hoping to blend in.
From the moment we arrived early for our 6:45 reservation, the Buffalo Chophouse team went above and beyond. They accommodated us immediately and made us feel completely at ease. James, our server, was exceptional — attentive, genuine, and respectful in a way that reminded me what true hospitality feels like. He struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, never once making us feel out of place despite my usual need for discretion.
It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers both excellence and authenticity in equal measure. I would absolutely return to Buffalo just to dine here again. This experience was truly five-star in every sense.
Best steakhouse I've ever experienced.

First start by saying Luke was our server, possibly one of the best service you could have. Had the meatball appetizer 10/10, Delmonico steak 10/10, cream corn 8/10, mashed potatoes 7/10 (was told it was an off day and they’re usually 10/10) and the banana foster is out of this world 10/10. Great overall experience 9/10
