We had a great experience with the tent rental for my daughter's wedding. My daughter said the set up team helped her decide where the place the tent and the dance floor. She stated it felt like she had dads helping her.

We reserved a tent and tables for my daughter’s graduation party. Three days before the party we called to confirm and we were told we were all set for our party on Sunday. When nothing was set up on Saturday we called the office multiple times and no one answered or returned our calls. They never showed up on Sunday and we were left with no tent or tables for 90 people but were charged for the full amount of the rental. On Monday we called again and the owner was surprised no one showed up. He assured us all of our money would be refunded. It I has been a week and half since they never showed up and we still have not been refunded any of our money. We are currently disputing this with the credit card company. I would never rent from them again.

Rented a grill for 270$ and it was absolutely terrible. Never got hot enough to even cook a hotdog. Ruined my nephews first birthday party. NEVER RENT FROM THEM!

Can’t thank Buffalo Party Rental for coming in absolutely clutch when another local rental company cancelled our order just days before our big event! I wanted to give them credit for always sticking to their commitments, having a great selection, very fair pricing, and helpful staff that make the rentals very easy. I’ve used them several times for tents, chairs, tables and even glassware without any problems, and I would recommend them to you as well.

Used the equipment for a graduation party. Ordered what I needed online and picked it up the next week. Everything was in good shape and easy to set up. The guys in the warehouse helped load my car and were very careful when loading without a scratch on my car. Return policy is pretty good also; I picked up my stuff on a Friday and dropped everything off on the following Monday. The receptionist on the phone is very nice too and was very helpful when getting my party equipment. I recommend trying them for your next party.

I called for a simple price quote and enjoyed what I thought was a straightforward and amicable conversation - this company came with assurances from our caterer we so were pretty excited! I asked the woman, Shannon, to hold while I reviewed my address was correct- she thought she had placed me on a hold as well, and proceeded to complain about me to her coworker , calling me nasty names and debilitating my mental status . I was pretty shocked but cleared my throat and asked her if she was ready for the address- she seemed a little caught off . We finished professionally and she assured I’d receive a quote shortly. 5 days later , I’ve heard nothing. I’m ready to write this company off, but my caterer again assures me it might have been a misunderstanding and they’ll take good care of me. When I called back, I find out that through the twenty minute conversation we had, they never even took down my name, date, or began that quote. Needless to say, it just solidified what I’d already begin to assume about how unprofessional these people are. Stay away, and check out earlier google reviews- it seems there’s a history of bad phone calls

We had to completely change our plans for my bridal shower two weeks before the date due to the ridiculous restrictions venues have to follow currently. Buffalo Party Rental was able to accommodate us on such short notice and were great throughout the entire process. They dropped everything off and picked everything up on time, and had the entire setup down to a T to make it such a quick and easy process. Everything we rented was in great condition, and we got so many comments on how pretty the tent was! We would definitely use them again for other parties!
