Worst concert venue I’ve been to in the north east. Muddy sound quality that was very directional and poor if you weren’t standing right in front of the stage. Odd vibes due to exterior areas having lights on by bars etc and lots of people talking - more hangout less concert goers. Multiple poles and columns throughout blocking views of stage. Paid parking was subpar - in a muddy swampy unlit field.

Wonderful place for a venue. It overlooks the river with a nice spacious patio with seating and rain coverage. Bar and food inside with seating along with an arcade and nice bathrooms. The space for the event itself is absolutely emaculant. Great place overall for concerts.

Drove down from Mississauga for the game the other day. Had pregame dinner at Riverworks. Food and service was great! We had the wings (honey cilantro i think, nachos and some beers. They were bang on!
The bonus was free parking and only a 10 min walk to the Keybank Centre!

This is probably the best venue I've been to for a concert, and I've been to countless concerts in Buffalo/Rochester over the years. We just saw AFI and I was fully prepared to stand for the show, which is expected but sucks when you're getting old. I was pleasantly surprised to see there was seating both downstairs and upstairs, as well as bars and bathrooms on both levels. You can even step outside to smoke on both levels. We didn't have to wait in any kind of line for the drinks or bathroom at any point. So if you need to sit, this is a huge plus. We got there after doors opened but before the opener went on, and seats filled up after that so don't wait too long, it's first come first served. Lots of free parking on site. The sound was good too. Just a really comfortable place to see a show.

This is hands down the worst venue I have ever been to.
Tonight was my first time there. I was so excited to see one of my favorite bands, Lawrence, for the first time. Since I wasn't familiar with the venue, I opted to buy the reserved table seats thinking I would get a better view of the band. Nope. I sat under bright fluorescent lights by the bar that stayed on the whole time, and I didn't even get to see the band I paid good money to see. There was no indication that I was buying obstructed view seats. I paid over $150 a pop for this view. I left halfway through the show because the venue and their audacity to charge full price for these seats absolutely ruined the experience for me.

Concert audio levels were unbearable. If you didn't have earplugs, you were doing ear damage. I left a show 30 minutes early and I go to 3 festivals a year. It was bad.

Top notch venue. I’ve seen multiple shows, most recently kublai khan tx at the river works. Perfect size for a club show. Multiple bar options, great sound, and excellent sitting area in the back of the venue.

Great place to enjoy a concert. The environment for concerts is always warm and welcoming. The food could use some help but overall it's a good place to have a meal and few drinks. I recommend this to people who want some casual dining and nothing more than that. 7.8/10 🤝
