Their rice is very soft it never used to be this soft and terrible customer service. I order their rice stew and on doordash it says rice and stew with sause and no meat but on their end it shows just plain rice then you have to decide if you want the stew or anything else you want, I didn't know that because it said sauce with no meat the last i ordered it few years ago I didn't have to tell them to put stew and I guess they changed it now you have to ask for it, I kept on telling them that on doordash it doesn't say you need to ask for stew but it say Instructions like if you want meat or something else with the rice and stew I kept on telling them it's not showing plain rice and that you need to ask for stew ,I told them that they need to call doordash and tell to fix it so someone else won't make the same mistake like me the Lady on the phone was so rude that on her end it shows just plain rice and kept on telling her it's not the same for me instead of her to apologize for the confusion she kept on been rude giving me attitude saying I'm the only one that it happened and I'm like does mistake like not first start with one person and I'm that one person but she didn't care just been rude on the phone ,I'm never ordering from them even though I'm Nigerian I'm very disappointed in how she handled the situation, even though Nigerians can be rude you not be rude to your customers. Please do better.

Edited to respond to the response from the horrible restaurant: Am I surprised by your response? Heck no!! When we called, you asked us to hold the call for close to 5 minutes and we could hear you fighting a customer. You never came back to the phone and even when we called back, you did not have the courtesy to apologize. You are lucky to be the only Nigerian restaurant on ground which is what I guess gives you the audacity to act like a tout! Again your service and food is wack and horrible

You guys should improve on your efo riro because it was really below per and disappointing.
There is no front staff here, I waited for my order to be ready for more than 40 minutes. At last, a kitchen staff(lady) comes to the front after 30 minutes and I had to ask for my order’s update and it’s still not prepared yet! So unprofessional.

My husband is Nigerian and I wanted to give him a taste of home he's only been in the States for 2 years. We came from Rochester and this place didn't disappoint. The portions of food were massive, we couldn't eat it all. The Egusi soup with chicken and goat meat and the beef and chicken Suya was hands down my favorite. My husband enjoyed everything. I will most definitely patron this place again
Had dinner here for the first time with a group of friends, and it was by far one of the best meals and experiences I’ve had at a small business in Buffalo. Buffalo Suya has def set the standard.
