Food is very good and portions are enough for 2-3 people..we had the stuffed hot pepper pizza it was excellent.. ordered a week later..so disappointed!! Not even close to what we ate the week before. A bunch of chopped up yellow,orange and green peppers and veryyyy little cheese stuffing. .it's not cheap...first time we had it there was not all thos peppers on it..and there was alot of the cheese stuffing..so now I don't want to order again...workers need to know how to be consistent to keep customers..which way is the right way ??

My husband and I eat a plant-based diet so needless to say it can be very difficult eating out in Buffalo with limited options to pick from. It gets kind of old being stuck eating veggie burgers, portabello wraps and salads. I have ate here a handful of times and every time I’m extremely happy with what I order, but the last time I went to B.B Cucina Cayleah was willing to get super creative and made me the BEST pizza (no pun intended) I have I ever had. She loaded it with tons of veggies, in an oil/garlic base drizzled with a balsamic glaze. My standards are pretty high when it comes to pizza.. so, when I say it is the best... it is the best! I wish more cooks/bakers were more like Cayleah with not being afraid to be creative when they cook/bake for plant-based eaters in the area.

The service was terrible not to mention, both of the girls working had nothing but attitude and sass to give me. Upon waiting for my food, the both of the girls were not using gloves or washing their hands. It was very unappealing to watch as it was to eat. 10/10 don't recommend

Saturday night must have been a bad night... ordered the roasted beet, mushroom & avocado salad... was told that they ran out of avocados the day before. The beets were not roasted, but were cold, sliced beets from a can. Another ordered the Buffalo steak sandwich... which was all blue cheese and glob, and almost no meat... and, burnt to a crisp. We were told that our order would be ready in 25 minutes. It took more than an hour. Also, there were pizza pans strewn directly on the floor underneath the pizza oven..Disgusting! No response from management to a private facebook post I sent days ago. Judge for yourself. We won't go back.

Sitting here waiting on a pizza. Watching cook handle food with bare hands. Making multiple orders , not washing hands. Cross contaminating food. Look at persons hands, filthy dirty, dirt under her nails, handling money, then making food. Never once washed hands . Maybe it's time for a food sanitation course for your employees

A group of us stopped here after a couple drinks in the distillery bar. The food was amazing, the portions large and delicious, and served piping hot. There were two girls working, and they were working their butts off, and still very friendly. Can't wait to go back! I didn't get to experience the whole Barrel Factory, and I need to do that! 5 stars!

The Buffalo Chicken Pizza was delicious! The crust was crispy and cooked perfectly. Would definitely recommend!

BBC is located in the Barrel Factory. You order your meals at the counter and the BBC server will find you where you are sitting in the building. We enjoyed a drink at the Pressure Drop brewery until our food arrived. The Berry Salad was incredible with fresh fruit, blue cheese and candied walnuts. Excellent.

Me and my husband stopped here for dinner and it is my new favorite place, the food was awesome. The service was great and helped me pick something being that I am a picky eater. It will be my go to spot from now on!
