The chicken sandwich was very disappointing it was made with nothing to it, I doubt if it were thier own it would have been made the right way.

The two ladies are nice, but 31 minutes?? There was 1 car in front of me. I sat at the window 18 minutes after the other car left 31 total. I thought maybe they were making it fresh. Why is it all cold? Fries are cold the whopper is cold. What took so long?

Have berm there twicw in the ladt few weeks with my grandson. Service was good food was hot! Your worker Donna was one of the most pleasant people I've encountered in a long time both times we where there. She was warm & friendly. The 2nd time we were there my 10 year old grandson actually ran up to the counte to greet her! The 1st time we had the $5 meal that includes 4 chicken nuggets, fries, a chicken sandwich & soft drink. The 2nd time I has 2 egg & cheese biscuits & he ordered 2 egg & cheese croissants & a soda

I waited over 20 minutes to receive my order, and I did not receive my food. When I asked the person bagging the food if I could have my burger, as it was the ONLY whopper there and it had been sitting for 15 minutes, they were incredibly rude, and said I had to wait my turn(even though my food had been sitting for 15 minutes). I waited another minute, and left without my food. This is absolutely and completely unacceptable behavior from staff, and the wait time to not even receive my food was absurd. I thought fast food was supposed to be, well, fast. I will not be back as this was totally unacceptable.

Store is filthy, service is slow, but food is good. I understand this location is quite understaffed which I guess can excuse the slow service and messy store.

I’m only writing this because I can’t find a way to get a hold of management. So I ent to the drive thru at exactly 7:40 am she said they were closed that they don’t open for another 5-10 min. Funny cause it says you open at 7am. Just baffled that these people get away with things like this.

It’s spiders everywhere and the place need a lotttttt of fixing, imaging if it went inside my bag, disgustingggg!! Never coming back ever again. No wayyyy!!!

This place is absolutely disgusting. Not only are there so many spiderwebs around the store and around the window and the doors, there was also a spider handing on top of their fries station. I believe there is also a leakage on their ceiling they use red bucks underneath them it’s so unsanitary. It’s been a month mind you now, and they still haven’t done anything about it. Imagine if it was spiders on y’all food

Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, no cheese, no bacon.no salad, not even a pickle. Only two beef patties between two buns over 8 dollars. I call 3 times no one answers...lost a customer...smh
