Burger King actually have great people working there but the full the price. The atmosphere is horrible. The wait time is ridiculous and again it's not because of the people. It's because of the products. It's because of the equipment. It's because of everything else LOL.

My food was pretty good!! I will say this though… I was ordering my food on the kiosk and it took like 15 minutes (which is kinda long imo); they ask me what drink was mine… I get it, they were probably understaffed and had some customers in the drive thru but it didn’t look like a lot of people. I sit down to eat, and I decided I wanted to order some more cheesy tots! I go back up to the kiosk and order 2 8pcs cheesy tots with 3 packets of zesty sauce. The workers clearly saw my order and I think they think I’m crazy or something. Honestly, I think they were judging me, or maybe they assumed my order was a glitch. This time I took the cheesy tots home, and when I got to my apartment… they only gave me one 8pc. Tbh I kinda wasn’t happy but food was still good, store looked clean and plus THIS IS A HUGE BURGER KING🤴!

Absolutely disgusting experience at this Burger King. I ordered 7 Whoppers, 2 large fries, and 2 orders of 8-piece chicken nuggets from the drive-thru. When I went to eat one of the Whoppers, I found a dead spider inside. Thank God I don’t eat pickle, while removing them I noticed it otherwise I might have eaten it without knowing.
I feel sick to my stomach just thinking about it. This is a serious food safety issue and shows complete lack of cleanliness. I will never come back here again, and I recommend others stay far away from this location until they fix their standards

Am employee should never be cursing at a customer for asking a question. Then cursing at employees and telling them to shut up. This is beyond unacceptable and there were children in the line seeing this disgusting behavior. I'm honestly scared that this man will become physically violent. And... this person is the manager.
