At 12pm tues 2/18 Please get the young black women with red hair some customer service skills no your order is this amount no thank u have a good day literally not a word or receipt if u don't want to work don't come in
On 1/23/2025, I visited the store at 7:10 PM with mobile order #995. Upon arriving at the counter, I provided my order number and last name as the app instructed. The young man at the counter insisted that no such order existed. Despite my assurance that I had placed the order, he maintained that it wasn’t showing. I then asked if someone else could assist him, and he went to the back, returning with a manager.
When the manager arrived, her demeanor felt off. She tapped on the screen a few times, and my order finally appeared. She retrieved my bag from under the heated lamp, which raised a concern for me. I attempted to ask if the food had been sitting there for an extended period of time, as I was concerned about the health and freshness of the food. However, before I could complete my question, she cut me off, pointing at the screen aggressivelyand stating that I should have arrived at 6:43 PM to pick up the order.
From there, the situation escalated unnecessarily. The manager began to curse and swear at me, which I found shocking and unprofessional. I remained calm and composed throughout, even as she informed me that she was refusing me service. She mentioned that she would have been willing to remake the order, but I was never given the chance to fully ask my question.
The entire interaction was embarrassing, especially with four other customers present in line. The energy of the staff, particularly the manager, was completely unprofessional and disrespectful as she even appeared, maybe to be high. To make matters worse, I was advised to contact Mary, the store manager, but I strongly feel this situation warrants immediate review of the store’s surveillance footage from 7:10 PM on 1/23/2025.
It is unacceptable to be treated this way simply for asking a reasonable question about food safety. This incident needs to be addressed, as there seem to be underlying issues with how customers are handled—potentially even bias in the way I was treated. I am prepared to pursue this further if necessary.
I urge management to review the video and address the behavior of the manager involved. There is no justification for the way I was treated, and it reflects poorly on the store and its team.

I'm convinced that when a particular manager is working either my fries or cold or burger sucks cause I work nearby and it's quick but today the manager was there and it was the same old poor food

I ordered a melt sandwich the sandwich was cold the bread was not toasted the cheese was not melted i went on the burger King app and complaint about it they just offered me a 5 dollar coupon when I paid 20 dollars for nasty food i will not be going back their anymore
French Fries made of black and blue potatoes, cooked Grey and tasted three days old. Burger overcooked, but it was impossible whopper and they frequently overcook at every burger King in the US. Staff was friendly, and place is only mid-clean. Could use some cleaning and better cooking.

Tried getting food from the drive through, but I have no car since I am a college student. The Dining Hall is closed past 8, and I don’t have a whole lotta money to where I can just order Uber eats often. Gave me a hard time and yelled. Ordering McDonald’s instead.
Your business is right next to a State university with a ton of people who stay up late studying and then can’t get food because they have no car. At least open the dining room.

Purchased the Purple Wendy Halloween Purple Whopper Meal and never received the Churros or dipping sauces and got a vanilla shake. Really, asked if I could get fries instead of onion rings and stated the onion rings are extra. What kind of mythical promotion as this, never mind going to McDonalds instead! Just gross.
Dining room was disgusting. Waited 30 mins for my food no one took my order had to use the kiosk. Manager was yelling at customers upon entering store because she could not hear customer due to the music being way to loud. If I could post the pictures I would.

Went in for only 2 items and saw the guy in the back who was making my order rubbing his clearly soiled shirt and touching other surfaces with the same gloves he then grabbed my food with. I hate to feel like I’m being petty but it’s not hard to change your gloves before touching the food. Not to mention when I asked for my refund I got nasty attitude from the manager. All around bad experience.

When you are on a budget and there's nothing else around then I guess it's okay to go to this place, other than that, it's not a first choice place

It took the staff more than 5 mins to acknowledge that there were customers waiting to be served. 2 team members walked into the back, they disappeared for a while during the 5+ min wait. It would have been vice if they at least let us know is going to be a few mins and apologize.
