Service was was almost nonexistent. Workers standing in front of me and I had to order using the machine. They mixed up my order and food wasn't hot. My pal that was with me only ate half of his burger and instantly became ill. He was sick for over two days. Speaks volumes to how the burgers were cooked and how customers are treated. I Don't think I'll ever visit again even if someone else is offering to pay.

Worker who took my order messed it up three times and every time I tried to explain it to her a very simple order too she kept messing it up and then exploded on me and tried yelling at me like I was the issue. Don’t have ghetto employees who don’t know how to do their simple job correctly working there. And also maybe get a decent manager to fire these fools who don’t know how to act or treat the customers. Worst location in Buffalo.

Fun staff, had me laughing so hard when a bug flew by & the poor guy screamed like a 9 yr old girl, everyone was ok lol.
Took 4 1/2 minutes to be greeted, and so far an additional 6 minutes waiting for food I've never seen a 'fast' food restaurant take so long .

Went to this Burger King to get something fast to eat. Staff was very rude and didn’t pay much attention. I ordered a 8 piece chicken fry meal. I ask for 2 BBQ sauces. I was told no because he didn’t have a register. Like huh? I said you charge for BBQ. He said yes. You know things are bad when a business would rather hold onto the sauces they paid for rather than letting customers have them for their meals. Crazy to me
