Dude at the window was too busy making Tik Toks to actually do his job. Waited 10 minutes in line for a wrong order. Had to specifically ask for the drink I had ordered. This is prolly the fifth time in as many visits this has happened. Get your shit together.

Worst BK around since they reopened. They constantly screw up orders and make items improperly. Burgers served with stale buns and cold. Melts served on bread that isn’t toasted. Missing items on orders. Slow service. Employees don’t care about their job and apparently neither does management because it has been an ongoing issue. Never have these problems at the Ridge Road location, will be going there from now on.

Second and final time we visit this location. First visit they didn't include the fries and we already made it home, wasn't about to get the little ones ready again so we counted our losses. Today we stop for dinner for 4 and decided to try therewith melts. All large, fries were the wrong size, drinks were actually all right, the sandwiches were not only cold but not toasted, basically 2 slices of white bread. This place is a mess, no amount of remodeling will help. We took pictures before we tossed the food but I can't see where to post them on here. Do not recommend

Training day where apparently they don’t fully pay attention to what the customer asks to order so the order is screwed up. Then proceed to tell me I’m wrong I didn’t ask for that. I told her roll back your camera and watch because I damn well said what I wanted. 2 meals with 2 sides. But of course the customer is wrong!!! Guess that’s what happens when you leave nothing but teenagers to run a restaurant and try to train other teenagers. The person running that show must really not care about good business practices

Went through drive thru food was cold fries salty sprite flat it use to be decent now they just don’t care
food fare & service no complaints, but, as with all fast food places, the rebuilt seating arrangement is MUCH worse than the original, &while, yes i get that its on an urban street, becuz o having to ask for a key to access the restroom, i am going back to Wendy, McDonald, Taco Bell, & KFC, & maybe other BK locations.

I frequent this BK quite regularly. Everything is usually great. My only complaint is when they give me the wrong order. Which happens quite often.
It's a burger kind how much could I possibly say especially about one on South park service was terrible 25 minutes of waiting just to order
