Tried to place an online order and was told just to pull up only to place the whole order at the 2nd window . They completely forgot our fries which we went back for and they smelled horrible, like dirty fryer oil complete waste of time and money . Never Again EVER !

Ugh, worst experience ever! The customer service was terrible! The person taking our order was also doing the drive-thru, and it totally messed me up, so my order was all wrong.
I got two kids' meals, and when I asked if we could get a different toy since we already had the one they gave us (Fred), she wouldn't even check, even though there was no one else there. Absolutely never coming back!

I don't know whats going on over there, but I will never be back. I've been a loyal customer since I worked there 20 plus years ago, and the food and the service are despicable. This one on south park is the worst and has driven me to just end it with them. Never eating burger king any where again. Heed the warning, do not go and waste you're money there. Owners got get up and do something cause I'm telling everyone not to eat there ever again. DISGUSTING!!!!!
