First off 30 minutes for food, outrageous. NO ONE WAS WEARING A HAT, except one, he was wearing a Burger King crown to be funny I guess. One person making food when there’s 7 people there, three are wondering around. Zero sense of urgency, absolutely ridiculous

I had dinner here and the wait was over 20 minutes for only ordering 4 nuggets, fries, and cheesy tots. I only ate maybe half of my meal before I lost my appetite. The nuggets tasted horrible and the sauce didn't taste right. I didn't eat anything else that night and a few hours later ended up throwing up, had bad body chills, and overall felt terrible. I do not recommend going to this location at all.

Horrifying. No gloves. Told people that were waiting to order that they would have to wait. They were too busy. Cannot believe after all these reviews no one has done anything

I ate at this Burger King around 5:30 p.m. and ordered a chicken wrap. The sauce tasted off, but I assumed it was normal. Within a few hours (around 10 p.m.) I developed severe stomach pain, vomited several times, and even had body aches and chills. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt genuinely sick from this meal and I’m concerned about the food handling. Management should double-check food safety and freshness.

Our order of mozeralla fries took 45 minutes. Honestly this location should close or change management. If it takes you 45 minutes for an order you shouldn't call yourself a fast food restaurant.

Terribly under staffed. I had to wait 40 minutes for a doordash order I was assigned! I don't have the time or money to waste because the owner can't be bothered to hire enough people to work during a dinner rush

If I could give them a 0 star review but no option. Bad food .terrible customer service. If you wanna west your money go here. I wonder what kind of owner for this store who is not see so many bad reviews and try to fix the problem..

One thing I respect is consistency! And I don’t know if I’ve ever experienced a more consistently disappointing location for any business, in my entire life. For what it’s worth, I’ve talked myself out of doing this multiple times already but since the BK site needs a receipt I was never given to complete a complaint there… I guess I’ll share it with everyone instead.

Not only is there only ever one employee that is actually interacting with customers.. that wouldn’t be bad if it was just a staffing issue. Nope. While you stand and wait 10 minutes before anyone starts considering making your food, you’ll get the pleasure of listening to the other 3-4 employees, sitting in the back door, swearing about whatever they’re swearing about. It’s a really professional vibe, when you have to assume one of those people should be a manager of some sort.

I can understand that sometimes things get busy and people get backed up… but I was THE ONLY PERSON WAITING.. for 10 minutes, before someone asked if I got my drink. I said “I haven’t gotten anything yet”. A couple minutes later someone got up from their chair in the back and came and put my food in a bag and hand it to me.

The atmosphere is horrible. The professionalism is non-existent. There has been maybe 2 employees I’ve seen at least TRY in the multiple years I’ve been coming to this mall.

Today solidified to me, that Walden Galleria BK is by far the worst fast food location I’ve ever experienced.

Terrible, food was ice cold, didn't give me the right food, ran out of fries?!?! They sat by the back office door laughing and chit chatting for 10-15 minutes. They were disrespectful and they definitely treated me poorly due to the color of my skin. I was there for 10 minutes waiting all of a sudden there's about 7 more parties ordering all of which did not share the same skin color as me. They were served first while my son and I sat there and got Barrie attitude and then they served us after everyone is is gone. DISGUSTING.

The worst Burger King honestly. They take their time. Have zero customer service. I work in the mall and cannot take my break here because they take 25 minutes to get your order to you.
