Had to wait almost 30 min for my order. They weren't busy and there seemed to be only one girl up front that actually cared about her job and taking care of patrons. She needs a raise. The rest were sitting down in the back gossiping. I felt dirty for the girl who actually wanted to do her job.

Burger King do yourself a favor and shut this location down. Terrible service every time, staff turnover is ridiculous. Service takes a year and a day. I’ve never met a staff so miserable while getting paid to do a job they applied for.

Since they remodeled it the food doesn't seem as good. Fries had a funny taste. Whopper was so dry I had to check to see if anything was on it.

Went for lunch and waited almost half an hour for a burger and fries. I’d understand if they were busy but they weren’t. I was waiting with 3 other people and there were 3 workers (one of which was eating crackers in the back. Even after my long wait, I finally got my food and my order was wrong. Extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back.

First of all I came here at about 4pm yesterday & they only had about 3 workers but there was literally 10-15 different families waiting for their meals the most unorganized place in the food court I used the kiosk so I didn’t know by the time I realized everybody else was waiting as well I was standing there for about 10 minutes and I asked for a refund the manager has not left her office the entire time I’m standing their not to help her workers & she resllly wasn’t worried about angry customers or helping her staff for that matter even when I asked for a refund she didn’t even come to the front !! She gave the girl an EXPIRED COUPON to give to me this lady is a complete joke yall should definitely watch the cameras on her even though it’s not her job she certainly can help her crew members when they are backed up like that it’s 2 people hanging out food 1 on the register and 1 on the line .. yall just need to shut this one down what a waste

Staff were on their phones talking and cursing with one another and didn’t notice we had placed an order on the kiosk until several minutes had passed. The kiosks apparently should have been shut off as the restaurant had closed early and wasn’t selling any food. They claim they “thought they were off” but I don’t believe it from the conduct of the staff, it seems they just neglected to even go and shut them off.
We were told they could not give us a refund because the risk management person was out for the day. Which is extremely inconvenient, and I think policy-wise, is awful. I now have to jump through hoops with their guest experience team to get a refund.

30 minutes for an order. Most unorganized unprepared location. Clearly it’s not run properly from the top down with zero leadership.

Horrible experience all around. Staff is young, with absolutely no adults in sight to help with anything. Unknowledgeable and slightly rude. I got told they didn't have what I asked for, but a lady two orders after me got it. My kid ate the food, so that part was ok. Just wish we could have gotten what we wanted and not had to wait as long as we did, especially when two people behind us got their food first.

The most SLOWEST,DIRTIEST Place ever!!! For 15 and hr you would think these people would step up!!! No one speaks English? What is going on with this mall??? What a horrible experience!!! Do better burger King! Lay off the drugs workers

Most depressing BK I have ever been to , barely any employees, the 2 that are here don't really look like they want to do anything, I'm currently waiting with 12 other people and no food is coming out, crap all over the counter, upset customers. Edit: finally got my food and it tastes likes it's been microwaved, BK you are letting a bunch of people down. Once before I avoided getting food here because of upset customers, now I know why.
